So Goldey Plumbing has always been my go to since I moved to Fairless Hills back in 2015, but today after a very disappointing conversation with one of their guys they lost a customer, the guy refused to work with me and my schedule, well there's other plumbers around so good bye!

Mike came out for an estimate on replacing the faucet in our downstairs bathroom. Said he'd get back to us within a week. Didn't hear anything, so I called after 13 days and the guy I spoke to said he'd tell Mike to call us. Still didn't hear anything. Using the online form on their website, I wrote a request for them to contact us. Still heard nothing. VERY unprofessional to leave a customer hanging.

Get a job quote before they start. I just paid $259 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes of work. When I expressed surprise, I was told ""You're free to use someone else next time"" I never had anyone ever charge ""per job"" without disclosing it first. And know that if you don't like it, they are happy to have you go someplace else! Gleeful it, appears, so ok.

We have mold from Bob Goldey plumbing . He put in a kitchen faucet that was too short nubs and we had water leaking from the kitchen faucet into our basement for two weeks until we discovered it by the smell . They refused to make good on the damages or even offer to replace or repair .

We love these guys. They're helpful, honest, prompt, and they do a great job. If there's ever a problem, they do their best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. We won't ever call another plumber.

Had them hook me up to water in the street. Joe was prompt, informative and very efficient. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided. They were done in a much shorter time than I expected. Price was about the same as other estimates I had. Will recommend Goldey to everyone.

They replaced a sewer drain in the late fall. The job got done but the yard was left in very poor condition. A back hoe was used without placing something to protect the yard. There are holes all around yard. Now I have to pay a landscaper to till and grade the whole yard. Would never use them again.
