I called golden state plumbing because there was a backup they had a technician come out and they fixed it quickly! Tracy was very nice and helpful and she took the stress out of the situation! I will definitely be calling golden state plumbing in the future.

Unfortunately Yelp does not allow negative stars, as they would definitely warrant them. We were assigned Golden State Plumbing through our home insurance for a simple repair and replacement. They never initiated contact, once contact was made by us, they were difficult to schedule and flaky. Their technician came out and made the leak worse, did not repair the issue and left it. After many phone calls, we finally made contact with the manager whom can only be described as unhinged. She proceeded to scream and yell into the phone for the duration of the call. If you want work done well, or done at all, don't call these people. You're better off letting a toddler go with a wrench, they'd do a better job and might have better communication skills.

We were assigned golden state plumbing through our insurance. Stephanie was very helpful and polite over the phone when scheduling. And our plumber, Frank, was very professional, efficient, and quick. I will be hanging on to their number for future plumbing work. Thanks golden state plumbing!

I had to use this company through my home warranty company and they took forever to come out on a service call and when he did he didn't have the tools on his van to fix the toilet issue they came back a week later and supposedly fixed it, thought everything was OK but now my toilet is leaking again around the base. neither of the techs bothered to check the toilet after they supposedly fixed it to make sure there were no other issues.

Since Tracy at Golden State Plumbing accused me of leaving a negative Yelp review, I might as well do so. These people are rude and unprofessional. They were sent out by my equally useless home warranty company to look at a break in a pipe in my slab. Yes, it was discovered during a bathroom remodel, but there was no other way to have found it. The tech from Golden State told the warranty company that i wanted them to pay for installing my new tub and wall surround. That was NOT what I wanted done. I know that is at MY expense. I wanted the broken pipe fixed. I was willing to pay Golden State to do the rest. Tracy started the call with accusing me of leaving a negative Yelp review about them, which I had NOT done! She was extremely rude, yelling and nasty!! I now going to include them in my complaints to the California Insurance Board and the Contractors Licensing Board.

Brandy with Golden Plumbing is the worst customer service rep in the world! She lied to my wife and I and once we called her out. She became very rude and started yelling at my wife and hung up the phone in our face. She left us hanging and never completed our job. Our home suffered severe water damage and Brandy with Golden State Plumbing bailed on us! I will never use or recommend Golden State Plumbing, they are terrible!

Avoid this company. Through America home shield home warranty this company is to replace my hot water heater I had everything set up to be done through my tenant as I was in the hospital having surgery. Two weeks later they did the install today they called me at 12:25 PM asking me for payment I told them that I was at Stanford hospital for my follow up doctors appointment and I would pay them at 3 o'clock when I returned home. At that point they called me for the next 2 1/2 hours harassing me over the phone sending me nasty texts telling me I was stealing from them that I'm robbing them that they were sending a technician back out to remove it out of the property that they had to have payment immediately knowing I'm at the hospital. I got home at 3:02 PM called them made the payment just as I agreed I did keep all their texts in their voice messages and a call log of all the phone calls I got during that time major nasty harassment unbelievable Avoid this company

This company was assigned by AHS to clean out a blockage in the kitchen sink. Gave me a run around for 3 days and finally said the insurance company denied to do this service since there is no cleanout . They said they will give me a retail quote to install a clean out , This was about 700 dollars . Really guys. All you need to do was to remove the P trap and put the snake though that for the clean out the blockage . I have that done on my other properties.
Why are you going to cut a hole to put a cleanout under the sink. This is Condominium and they have common clean out . Just an incompetent company that cannot take care of simple issue. AHS is also a company that gives you a run around to just avoid you when you have issues. They took my $75 service and did nothing.
Am filing a complain in BBB and State Consumer affairs for sure cancel my policy with AHS as well .

Like others have stated ""go elsewhere,"" if you have choice. Plumber sent to me through warantee company. One month later, issue is not resolved. Jessica, in the office is especially rude and unprofessional. She does not return calls, and then lied to the warantee company stating issue resolved. It is not. Two times the plumber came out and both times needed a part that had to be ordered. The plumber was pleasant, but really did not fix issue. Office staff is HORRIBLE!!!!!

don't do it, call someone else. rude service, bad workman ship and they don't care if you don't like it!! i have never dealt with a company that allows their employees to act in such a manner and ruin their business! if the owner (matt sordahl) would like to talk, message me back because your staff won't let me through.
