ASAP plumbing just left my house after diagnosing and fixing what appeared to be a problem with the water softener line to the overall water pressure to the house. He was thorough, honest and the pricing was incredibly fair and lower than many plumbing companies out there. Definitely recommended and will use again.

So, my p trap pipe started leaking. Took everything apart and found out that the nut that screws onto the main galvanized pipe cracked and the last owner did a half ass job by using plumber putty to try and hide or repair, which you shouldn't use. I go to Lowes after some DIY research. Bought the wrong pipe replacement kit. Went back returned it, and got help this time from plumb department guy. After explaining what my set up looks like he lead me to the right type of p trap pipe. I should've taken some pictures before coming back (lmao). I leave without asking him how to remove the piece already connected to the galvynized pipe (I didn't know this piece is glued). I get home and can't figure it out how to take it off. I'm looking at my hack saw and decide to saw it off cutting closely to the previous glued connection. Great! Finally off geez! Omg! Now the main pipe is too short! I'm stressing out here being completely new to owning a home. I go back to Lowes and I'm walking around I'm like ""I give up! I'm calling a plumber."" First one that pops up I'll call off yelp that has decent honest ratings. Lao's company pops up and I call. I explain my situation and we resulted to what they call a ""Fernco."" What the heck is that!? Some cone like looking piece that connects one end of a pipe to another with tightening straps like the connector for a laundry drying machine. I looked around and finally found this Fernco. Wasn't sure so I called Lao back and asked which size should I buy considering my main pipe being 1 1/2"". We resulted for 2"" because my p trap connector is 2"" for some odd reason. Went home and put on that baby and tightened up good! Vuala!!! No more leak! Lao... You da man! It's the honest people like you who will make this world a better place. Can't thank this guy enough! Thanks a bunch, Lao!

I HIGHLY recommend ASAP plumbing! We've used them now twice and both times they responded to our calls immediately. They came out first thing in the morning and have helped us with something as simple as a kitchen sink leak to as large of a job as having our plumbing backed up in our house. They are prompt, professional, thorough, reasonably priced and experienced. They even came out the morning of a holiday when we were desperate for help. Okay seriously amazing! These guys came out to do an estimate the same day which was shocking! I was amazed with an appointment only two days out but he gave actually gave me a call back with great news! He told me he was overthinking the issue. He told me his colleague let him know how he can fix the issue (water line to our new commercial refrigerator) faster and cheaper. He told me he was available to come back and finish the work within an hour or two.

Can we just commend the honesty??!!?? So many people would have taken advantage ESPECIALLY because we are a business in the area!! I already approved the higher estimate for a later date. Instead he gives me a cheaper estimate and faster service admitting that he was overthinking the issue. That is so amazing!! I am so impressed!! Its so hard to find genuine service specialists like this. They were so polite and so informative. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone and everyone!!

Contacted the plumbing company due to a blockage of the drain in my kitchen sink and in the bathroom shower. Lao was very curtious and respectful and was easy to make an appointment with. Lao and James came 30 mins early and was ready to work. They snaked the kitchen drain 3 times to make sure everything was running smoothly, even looked at the pipe underneath the sink and gave us an extra part we were missing.
They put a snake down the bathroom shower drain and let the water run for 5 mins to make sure there was no water build up. They made it very clear on what they were going to do, and answered any questions and concerns I had. They also cleaned up after themselves before they left.
I'm a very satisfied customer, I asked for extra business cards, and I also tipped them for such good work they did.
