The drain line under my house was plugged, and with a family of six that's pretty urgent for us (plus, we're leaving on a ten-day vacation tomorrow, so we had a ton of laundry to do, showers to take, etc.). Called ASAP and Lao had a window between appointments and said he'd be right over. Showed up within 30 minutes, got down to business, and got the job done for a fairer price than the last couple of times I've needed a plumber due to my house's 50s-era drain developing an arterial blockage. He was friendly, conversational, quick, and knowledgeable. He gave me some advice for dealing with my cranky drain line over the long term, too. Highly recommended.

Lao is a really efficient person. He came and figured out the issue with my food dispenser right away. He has a lot of knowledge in his department and is very reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with any plumbing or drain issue.

Great service i really do recommend them. Really friendly come with a great attitude and affordable prices. Had a backup with my main line he came got the job done in less than a hour. If i ever have any other plumbing problem I'm diffidently going to call ASAP plumbing.

I highly recommend ASAP plumbing. Lao is a really nice guy with a great amount of knowledge. He showed up on time and was done in no time. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and made it look very easy.

Problem: backed up sewage in my bathtub--main line was clogged. Couldn't find the cleanout, so he said he could clear it through the toilet.

Nice guy, service was great and he didn't charge me a thing since he couldn't clear my main line clog. He offered me solutions, then told me to call him tomorrow and so he left my toilet disconnected till then.

I did just that, but I tried out two other plumbers & the third plumber was able to clear the line... After clearing it he pulled up ASAP's broken snake line in my main drain.. I refuse to believe that ASAP did not know about it. He played dumb, of course, but what kind of professional plumber doesn't know when his main machine is broken? I called him again and gave him a chance to at least reconnect my toilet, and he wouldn't do it without charging me.

That broken line could have cost me thousands of dollars, and he didn't bother to even tell me. I wasn't going to write a review if he came back to reconnect my toilet... But he didn't, so I feel obligated to let others know of ASAP's work ethic. Sad, cause he was great at customer service and his prices were good, but the dishonesty and unwillingness to make it right ruined everything.

Great guy! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a good price and provided excellent service! He completed a job for a backed up sink for me in about 20-25 minutes. The job was done via snake and he informed me why the problem was built up, what the problem actually was, and how his machine would fix the problem as well as how to avoid the problem in the future. He even told me why the machine was called a snake. I was charged $85 for snaking the kitchen line which was a fair price after calling around for quotes.

I needed a plumber . . . you guessed it, ASAP. Lao came out the same day and installed my sinks (3) and faucets (3). OMG, he saved my sanity (I was brushing my teeth in the bathtub because my new condo didn't have sinks installed yet). He is also a really nice guy. I would highly recommend Lao.
