Okay seriously amazing! These guys came out to do an estimate the same day which was shocking! I was amazed with an appointment only two days out but he gave actually gave me a call back with great news! He told me he was overthinking the issue. He told me his colleague let him know how he can fix the issue (water line to our new commercial refrigerator) faster and cheaper. He told me he was available to come back and finish the work within an hour or two.

Can we just commend the honesty??!!?? So many people would have taken advantage ESPECIALLY because we are a business in the area!! I already approved the higher estimate for a later date. Instead he gives me a cheaper estimate and faster service admitting that he was overthinking the issue. That is so amazing!! I am so impressed!! Its so hard to find genuine service specialists like this. They were so polite and so informative. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone and everyone!!

Contacted the plumbing company due to a blockage of the drain in my kitchen sink and in the bathroom shower. Lao was very curtious and respectful and was easy to make an appointment with. Lao and James came 30 mins early and was ready to work. They snaked the kitchen drain 3 times to make sure everything was running smoothly, even looked at the pipe underneath the sink and gave us an extra part we were missing.
They put a snake down the bathroom shower drain and let the water run for 5 mins to make sure there was no water build up. They made it very clear on what they were going to do, and answered any questions and concerns I had. They also cleaned up after themselves before they left.
I'm a very satisfied customer, I asked for extra business cards, and I also tipped them for such good work they did.

ASAP plumbing just left my house and they were in and out in no time. We had a nasty backed up toilet thanks to our 5 year old who put too many wipes down the toilet and it got taking care of within a hour and a half of calling them. They were reasonable and I would call them again. Thank you for taking care of our unsightly problem :)

My first interaction with ASAP plumbing was for a leaking toilet - turned out to be a wax ring that never set. I called Lao and over the phone he gave me an estimate which was accurate and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later. He's very responsive via text. On job day I asked him to please call me when he arrives and to not bother the tenant until I get there. You'd be surprised that following this simple direction seems hard for many contractors I've worked with and is a big thing for me in terms of performance. Overall I'm happy with his communication, prices and quality and would definitely call ASAP when I need plumbing repairs.

Laundry sink had been backed up for years (my mom neglected this for far too long). I decided to call someone to come and clear the drain/pipe. I had to leave a message, but Lao called back within 10 minutes. He was able to come within a few hours of returning my call. The piping in the house is so old, so he had to cut the pipe. Poor guy spent 2 hours snaking the drain (40-50 feet)! He was very honest and professional. Its been over a month and the drain still works super well. I will definitely stick with Lao and would highly recommend him.

We discovered late last night that our basement was flooded. I contacted ASAP plumbing via email. I'm simply impressed with the owner (Lao) answered my email immediately, came out first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem and didn't even charge us for his visit. It turned out that it wasn't a plumbing issue but rather a sewer issue and immediately referred us to Drain Masters.
