Golden Rule has been dedicated to homeowners for more than 25 years. As a family-oriented business, we prioritize family values. Our commitment to family shapes everything we do.

Mark and Miranda Paup embarked on this journey in 1999; initially named City Rule, the company rebranded to Golden Rule in 2007. Golden Rule was selected to embody our principle of treating others how we want to be treated. City Rule started with just four service trucks. We added heating and cooling services in 2005, and transitioned to primarily offering these services in 2008. The company has seen substantial growth over the years, adding more team members, vehicles, and clients. In the summer of 2024, Golden Rule will extend its reach into the Salt Lake Valley, and we will keep looking for more opportunities in the years ahead.
