Homeowners have relied on Golden Rule for over 25 years. As a family-oriented business, we prioritize family values. Family values have been central to our mission.

The journey started in 1999 with Mark and Miranda Paup at the helm; it began as City Rule and transitioned to Golden Rule in 2007. The name Golden Rule represents our commitment to treating others with respect. At the outset, City Rule operated with four service vehicles. Heating and cooling were incorporated into our services in 2005, and by 2008, we shifted to focus primarily on these services. We have grown considerably over the years, adding more team members, vehicles, and clients. Golden Rule plans to expand into the Salt Lake Valley in the summer of 2024, and we aim to explore additional locations in the coming years.
