For over 25 years, Golden Rule has proudly served homeowners. As a family-oriented business, we prioritize family values. The essence of family has always guided our operations.

Mark and Miranda Paup embarked on this journey in 1999; it began as City Rule and transitioned to Golden Rule in 2007. We chose the name Golden Rule to reflect our core belief: treating others as we wish to be treated. City Rule started with just four service trucks. In 2005, we expanded our offerings to include heating and cooling services, and transitioned to primarily offering these services in 2008. We have grown considerably over the years, adding more team members, vehicles, and clients. This summer, Golden Rule will broaden its service area to include the Salt Lake Valley, and we will continue to seek new locations in the future.
