For over 25 years, Golden Rule has proudly served homeowners. As a family-oriented business, we prioritize family values. Our commitment to family shapes everything we do.

The journey started in 1999 with Mark and Miranda Paup at the helm; initially named City Rule, the company rebranded to Golden Rule in 2007. The name Golden Rule represents our commitment to treating others with respect. City Rule started with just four service trucks. Heating and cooling were incorporated into our services in 2005, and transitioned to primarily offering these services in 2008. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth, expanding our team, fleet, and customer base. Golden Rule plans to expand into the Salt Lake Valley in the summer of 2024, and we will continue to seek new locations in the future.
