I have had them out twice and was way over charged both times. Charged $750 to install a new kitchen faucet. Did not require any new holes or anything complicated. Took about an hour. I paid for faucet before they came out so price was not including that. So at $750 an hour I would say I was in the wrong business!

What a great experience we had with Robert at Golden Plumbing. We have gone through a few plumbers and no one could figure out what the issues were..... in comes Golden Plumbing! Robert was super thorough, very detailed, professional, friendly and reasonable priced! He took the time and care to make sure that everything was extremely clean when he was done and went through everything he did in full detail. How much do I like Robert at Golden Plumbing? Well, I'll put it this way -- we are moving away from the area, and I'm actually sad I won't be able to use him anymore. Robert is responsive, ethical, thoughtful, professional, and a genuinely nice person. We have called him numerous times for a wide range of services, and every time he has done an absolutely excellent job. I could not recommend him more highly -- if it were possible to give him more than five stars I would do so happily. My guess is that Robert doesn't do much in the way of advertising, which is why he's not more widely known. If you're lucky enough to come across him, count yourself fortunate. You will never need another plumber!

I called Robert at 9am about some bad work that another Plumber (rhymes with ""Button"") had done the night before. I was quoted $2,000 and only later found out that the previous plumber may have intentionally or accidentally cut the main gas line from my dryer. Robert was upfront and honest and was able to show me where the other plumber screwed up. I only wish I had called Robert first. He is honest, he was on time and more importantly a very, nice guy!

I had Robert come out on New Years after we had a big clog in our drains. He was amazing! Super friendly, explained everything to me and was able to resolve the issue. We unfortunately have tree roots in the pipe but hoping it won't be a continuous issue. He went back and snakes the whole 100+ foot drain of our house 4 time to make sure t was clear. It is also extremely cold while he had to fix the drain. I will call them again if I need a drain cleaning based on service alone. It was expensive but it was also a holiday so I was expecting that increase. Before he came out he was vary upfront on the price and it was exactly as I was quoted.

Golden Plumbing is amazing! Last night we noticed a leak from where our upstairs drainage pipe is and knew we needed it fixed ASAP. Thanks to the MOCV I got recommendations for Golden. I called at 6:45am this morning and Robert answered the phone. Within an hour he was at our house and shortly thereafter had our issue fixed. He was super quick, efficient, professional, and clean! We will definitely use Golden Plumbing for any future needs!
