We had clogged pipe in a precarious spot and Robert tirelessly snaked away from many different angles until he unclogged it for us. He was on time, knowledgeable (he was able to diagnose where the clog was very quickly) and I felt his pricing was very fair for the services and time he provided to us. We will definitely recommend him to any of our family or friends in need of Plumbing services.

Called Robert on a Sunday to see if he could install a new circulating pump for our hot water heater. He was here two days later, exactly at the time he said he would be. Robert Golden is a damn nice guy, and an amazing plumber. I called two other plumbers before Robert, but they could not diagnose my water pressure problem. Robert came to my house the same day, started looking around and asking me questions. One valuable question was, "" Have you had any construction done recently in your home?"" Yes, I did. He went out to the street, and immediately noticed the main water valve had not been adjusted properly. Wow, I was impressed when he didn't want to charge me. So, I asked him to clean all the storm drains. He did the job efficiently, and economically. I recommend Golden Plumbing. Seriously, you will love Robert and the fact that you will never need to call a different plumber, EVER!!

Being a mechanic I knew these guy's were being very honest and where not trying to get anything by me when they gave me the estimate and the professionalism in the service was astounding. I will continue to use and recommend this company as so many others are looking for the quick buck and Golden Plumbing was clearly looking for a future customer. They earned my gratitude for helping me in a pinch and my respect by not taking advantage of a situation that could have easily cost much more (broken main line under the house). Robert is a great, family man who is also highly skilled in his trade. For our family, that's a perfect match. He is so incredibly polite, straight forward, hard working and fair. He's extremely professional, keeps a clean work environment, despite its challenges, and is available quickly for unforeseen events, like leaks and back ups. We've used him three times now for various issues. He's been just a gem each time.
