We just had Gold Metal Plumbing install a tankless water heater, sink in our garage, and a sub meter. Kelly was the technician who gave us the estimate and was lead on the job. I don't normally write reviews, but after this experience I would hope people would NOT use this pumping service. After regularly using them for over a year, they came out to snake a drain. The plumbers did not carry a long enough snake on them so they had to go back to the office to get another one. When it was all said and done it cost $721 to snake a main line drain that was clogged with roots on a brand new house. 20 days later the same issue came up, and I was told by Gold Metal that no one would be able to come help me until the next day. Rendering all my toilets unusable until they could make it. Ridiculous that is company can not stand by they work or fix an issue when they are over charging in the first place.

Very pleased with their service. The plumbers roto rootered our washer drain line till they solved the drain issue. This had been a reoccurring problem for us. They also recommended a water recirculator that would complement our tankless water heater. Looking forward to scheduling them back to do the additional plumbing work we had discussed.

This was the second time I guess I used this company. Never again. They told me they'd quote me before doing the job. A total lie. Then they did something to my toilet which made matters worse when I had someone instal a bidet to my toilet causing leaks and floods. This is a dreadful outfit and dealing with them was horrendous. And they charged me $122. A total rip off.

I cannot say enough good things about Gold Medal Plumbing. It took us a long time to find our ""Go To"" plumber over the years, but we have finally found it! There is no one I trust more to take care of all of our plumbing needs - not only for excellent and clean work, but at prices that are reasonable. If I could give a higher rating I would! That's how confident I am in their service. The office staff always responds quickly and the plumbers are always respectful of your home.

I had a very good experience with Gold Medal. Jonathan and Jesse, the plumbers who came out had excellent person skills, were up front in telling me what they had to do and why and how much it would cost. The lady in the office was equally nice and called me to tell me when the plumbers were on their way after the last job.They showed me how they did the job right, so I wouldn't have the problem again (leaking toilet dripping on the kitchen ceiling drywall). I will be calling Gold Medal again and asking for them.
