This was the second time I guess I used this company. Never again. They told me they'd quote me before doing the job. A total lie. Then they did something to my toilet which made matters worse when I had someone instal a bidet to my toilet causing leaks and floods. This is a dreadful outfit and dealing with them was horrendous. And they charged me $122. A total rip off.

EXCELLENT in every way from the friendly response to my call asking for help to the honestly, accuracy and rapidity as to the time their workmen would appear, to the SUPERIOR WORK that Gold Medal has provided us, both for a very big job and another time for a rather small one.

I cannot say enough good things about Gold Medal Plumbing. It took us a long time to find our ""Go To"" plumber over the years, but we have finally found it! There is no one I trust more to take care of all of our plumbing needs - not only for excellent and clean work, but at prices that are reasonable. If I could give a higher rating I would! That's how confident I am in their service. The office staff always responds quickly and the plumbers are always respectful of your home.

This company is amazing and their office staff is first class as well. Michelle is on point and gives incredible customer service. She is a professional and always does what she says she will do. I had a very good experience with Gold Medal. Jonathan and Jesse, the plumbers who came out had excellent person skills, were up front in telling me what they had to do and why and how much it would cost. The lady in the office was equally nice and called me to tell me when the plumbers were on their way after the last job.They showed me how they did the job right, so I wouldn't have the problem again (leaking toilet dripping on the kitchen ceiling drywall). I will be calling Gold Medal again and asking for them.

Gold Medal Plumbing came highly recommended and they impressed on every level. When our pipes burst on New Years Day, they were prompt, friendly and thorough. Ian dove into the job and didn't stop until he found and resolved the issue. And, everything was done for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

You can't go wrong with Gold Medal! They show up when they say they will, and explain all of the issues and course of repair. They fixed our problem and were fair in the pricing. Great service!

I called to ask how much they would charge to install a new circuit board in my Noritz if I already have the circuit board (which I do). The answer was, ""We'd have to send out a technician ($134) to figure it out."" If they do not know what they charge for a straight up job, I cannot trust them at all, and I m not going to pay $134 to get an estimate. Oh well.

I have so many good things to say about this company. I was having trouble with my waterworks fixtures and was directed to Gold Medal Plumbing by the waterworks customer support department. Kelly arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. Once I had the replacement items, he returned and installed the necessary parts. He was thorough in his explanation and left the area clean. A very pleasant experience. The office support called the day before to remind me of our appointment and then again to let me know that the technician was on his way.
I will call Gold Medal Plumbing for any future work and highly recommend them!!

Gold medal plumbing is the best and only plumbing service to use .
But more importantly is Michelle in the front office. She checks in makes sure everything is working many times . Does a great job with scheduling. She gets the right plumber to be a detective and figure out the problem.
This is an excellent company and honest . Reliable and always call you back.
Ian and Daniel and esp. Kelly are the best plumbers ever.
The person you first does to and get such a nice warm response makes it easy to use. I feel like Michelle is a friend.
