Gold Medal Plumbing came highly recommended and they impressed on every level. When our pipes burst on New Years Day, they were prompt, friendly and thorough. Ian dove into the job and didn't stop until he found and resolved the issue. And, everything was done for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

I called to ask how much they would charge to install a new circuit board in my Noritz if I already have the circuit board (which I do). The answer was, ""We'd have to send out a technician ($134) to figure it out."" If they do not know what they charge for a straight up job, I cannot trust them at all, and I m not going to pay $134 to get an estimate. Oh well.

I have so many good things to say about this company. I was having trouble with my waterworks fixtures and was directed to Gold Medal Plumbing by the waterworks customer support department. Kelly arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. Once I had the replacement items, he returned and installed the necessary parts. He was thorough in his explanation and left the area clean. A very pleasant experience. The office support called the day before to remind me of our appointment and then again to let me know that the technician was on his way.
I will call Gold Medal Plumbing for any future work and highly recommend them!!

Gold medal plumbing is the best and only plumbing service to use .
But more importantly is Michelle in the front office. She checks in makes sure everything is working many times . Does a great job with scheduling. She gets the right plumber to be a detective and figure out the problem.
This is an excellent company and honest . Reliable and always call you back.

After years of trying to find a great, honest, knowledgeable, and accountable plumber we finally did it. Ian at Gold Medal is a Rock Star.

Let me repeat myself, call Gold Medal and ask for Ian.

We had some problems with our Noritz Tank-less. Our previous plumber came out to address the problem and then we received a 2nd error code. Long story short he said we needed to replace a part on a 2 year old unit! They literally told us that Noritz Tech. Support was wrong and he was right! GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Then along comes Ian and Gold Medal. At the end of the day he fixed the problem and much more. It required three trips, talks with the Socal Gas and Voila! it was done.

Ian is knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and will go the extra HUNDRED miles for you. His patient diagnosis of our houses ENTIRE plumbing system, helped solved the problem with the Noritz.

By the way, 5 Stars for Michelle their dispatcher who supervised the whole thing.

Gold Medal really deserves a gold medal for their work. We have been using their services for over 3 years and they have fixed every plumbing need that we've had. Kelly is the tech that normally comes out to our home & he's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They are on the pricey side, however when we've tried to use a less expensive plumber we actually pay more at the end. As the sayings goes, 'I can't afford to be cheap'! Lol
I would highly recommend Gold Medal Plumbing to anyone who wants honest, timely, and professional service.

We have called upon Gold Medal Plumbing for years for all of our plumbing needs. Most recently, we had a tankless water heater installed and repair of a broken pipe in a bathroom. Gold Medal maintains top notch employees. The employees showed up on time, wearing shoe protection, and maintained focus on the job at hand (not checking text messages every few minutes). The end result was a job completed on time, in good order, and fair pricing. There certainly are a lot of plumbing companies around, but this plumbing company is GOLD, just as it states in its company name and logo.

Finally, we found an honest and professional plumber. We had three plumbing problems that needed attention, and Kelly, and his assistant Rick, solved all three within the hour. The main problem was a constant drip from an old faucet and hand held spray in the bath/shower. With our California water shortage, and large water bills, losing water was a huge concern.
I would highly recommend Gold Medal Plumbing, and especially request Kelly. Many others within this company are probably just as qualified; our first experience using this company was with Kelly. And the receptionist, Michelle, was especially helpful and gave us a head's up when our plumber was on his way.

Gold Metal had to come to me on 3 separate occasions just to fix a simple plumbing knob. They couldn't do it the first time because they needed to order a part. They couldn't do it the second time because they had to order a second part - which was a bold face lie - and on their third attempt, after having me leave my job early, they showed up SIX HOURS LATE. Not only was I without a working water source that entire time, they had the nerve to then charge me for that second visit which was obviously useless, a time waste, quite possibly some kind of scam. On top of which, their scheduling office had the nerve to get annoyed with me for complaining about their 6 hour tardiness. This business is truly one of the worst.
