As a first-time homeowner, I'm discovering that most companies that offer home services (like sewer repair, remodeling, home inspections) are incompetent and extremely poor at communicating. This is why I'm so pleased to have found plumbing services from Nicholas.

Nicholas responded to my voicemail within 20 minutes, came to my house that day to investigate, and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to explain it to me. Great Service! Would Highly Recommend! We had a water leak at one of our properties late at night, Nicholas answered our call and was to the property within an hour. He was prompt, professional, and able to help us out, even though it was midnight! He was very helpful through the entire process. We will definitely use him again in the future!

Had what we thought was a leaking pipes issue in our laundry room, and called Gold Leaf Plumbers and a couple of others. Nicholas was the first to respond within an hour (cool beans!) and popped on over to check things out. Thankfully, it was actually just a running upstairs toilet issue (yes, I am an idiot for not noticing it sooner) and kudos for Nicholas for not making me feel silly for overlooking it. (we all have our bonehead days, right?) He fixed the leaking toilet issue and was so cool about everything.
To be honest, as a female, I get a bit weary of tradesman who come to help out, but act in a condescending manner and belittle my intelligence just because: A: I cannot (yet!) solder a pipe and B: I have boobs. So happy that Nicholas is not one of them and I implore anyone who is looking for a tradesperson with integrity to give Nicholas a buzz. I contacted Gold Leaf Emergency Plumbers through Yelp on Tuesday night, and Nicholas came out first thing on Wednesday morning. He provided a couple of solutions, one being to replace the current set up in my bathtub/shower. We went with that option, and the work Nicholas did was awesome. We will definitely use them again.
