My son had them out to our little cottage and he was great , giving us a fix today , and the more heavy fixing options for later. He will def be our go-to plumber from now on.
He was great in helping to fix the immediate issue, but let us know that our older cottage was going to need more, and to keep an eye on things and have him back when ready.
You can't ask for more than that.

I have an instant hot water heater on my sink that didn't work. I called Gold Coast and they sent out a very polite plumber to come fix it. After some time examining the heater her told me it could only be fixed if he ordered a part from the manufacturer. I said ok and paid for him for an hour of his time. THe part arrived less than a week later and I called the plumber back. He came and told me he couldn't fix the heater even with the part because the manufacturer was closed on a Friday at 2pm. He then told me he would need to charge me again and I would have to pay him to come out a third time but there is no guarantee he would be able to fix it on third trip either.

Very nice and polite plumber but it still ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and getting me nowhere.

These guys are amazing!!! I called and left a message. They called back 5 minutes later and in 20 minutes showed up at my house and fixed my leaky washer. The rates were fantastic and fair. Best plumbing company I have ever used, hands down.

This is an update on my last 5* review: I can honestly say, that if you use any other plumber in the area, you are wasting your time and money.

These guys are prompt, responsive, reasonably priced and above all professional - they don't up-sell, but do make you are aware in layman's terms what's happening, and delivery on time, every time.

I have used them 4 times now - most recently for a sewerage inspection for the city - we were on a super tight deadline to close escrow and they came out, inspected, remedied by completely re-sleeving the main, pulled permits and sent everything to the city in less than 72 hours. Remarkable. It's 7pm on a Friday and they just left - still smiling!

Please - take my advice - what they ask for in payment is what it's worth, you will not be sorry.

Finally a terrific plumber!!! After reading all the great reviews for Gold Coast, I took a chance and called them regarding a leak that was coming through my ceiling from my son's bathtub. Holly called me back within 2 minutes, and I was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Bill came over and figured out where the offending leak was coming from. He went to the supply store, picked up the parts and came over the next day and voila! No more leak! Bill was unbelievably patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Their prices were very reasonable. Needless to say, I will definitely be calling them again when future plumbing issues arise.

I was referred to Gold Coast from Mike's Handyman Service and I am so thankful for that!! I had an issue arise late last week and decided to call after the weekend. The woman who answered the phone Holly was so helpful and very nice over the phone. The leak I had I could not tell where it was coming from so she recommended Pinpoint Leak detection and they were able to come out right away and were super friendly and professional as well. Gold Coast was then able to come out Tuesday (today) and Bill took care of the problem. He was so friendly and courteous I am very happy I was referred to this company. The problem was not as bad as I anticipated and I felt Bill was very honest with what needed to be done and the price was not bad at all. I will definitely use them again!!
