Jamey arrived right on time today and was very friendly and professional. My dog Apollo liked him and that means a lot. He was quick, efficient and gave me some helpful hints on what might need attention in the future. I would recommend him to anybody for plumbing repairs. Thanks Jamey for coming on such short notice and our kitchen sink is happy.

They were fast, friendly and upfront about the costs. They let us know two different scenarios of what it would cost depending on what was wrong so we wouldn't be surprised. Turns out we paid the less expensive of the two quotes. Logan was great! I highly recommend. Plus, they gave me a cute pen with a flashlight so we would remember them. I didn't need the pen to do that but it's a great idea!

Great service, nice people! We have had a couple of plumbing repairs and drain clean-outs and each time they have been prompt, clear about the costs, did a good job, and were quick about calling us back and setting up the appt. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a scheduled project with Jamie from Gold Coast plumbing to move some plumbing from an upstairs bathroom so I could remove a wall in my house. He showed up and quoted me a price and said he would be back the following Wednesday to start the project (which was only supposed to take 1 day). On Tuesday he calls to cancel because he couldn't figure out how to fit me in his calendar (shouldn't that have been figured out when he set the date?). We worked it out so he would come to my house the following Monday. I'm working on a strict timeline so every day is costing me money; apparently not a concern for Gold Coast Plumbing because after I called to confirm that Jamie would be at the house on Monday (and was told he was on his way) he NEVER SHOWED UP, DID NOT ANSWER MY CALLS and finally received a text message that he needed to back out.

Scary! I was charged for report not received only invoiced. The worked proposed required a permit yet they weren't going to pull one. Also, the work proposed may have violated HOA rules. They planned on ripping out the entire shower, which wasn't needed, and in addition didn't want to have a sub come in and take care of the work needed to put it back together. Reluctantly, they supplied a sub bid. However, after speaking with a general contractor, all this work was not necessary and would have been done incorrectly. I am so thankful I found a great general contractor who did the work correctly.
