I had a water heater fail on a Friday evening. I called Mark that night and on Saturday his employee Logan showed up ready to work... On his day off no less. These guys are a class act and do a wonderful job. What I really enjoyed though was the fact that they would clearly explain what was needing to be done and why, so it didn't feel like they were throwing random charges at us. I feel at ease with these professionals and the work they have done for us and will continue to do for us in the future.

In case you're wondering if they've maintained their 5 Star status with me...absolutely yes! I've had them out a few more times for different jobs, and they've always done top-notch work for reasonable prices. Mark is very caring, competent, and ethical, which I've noted since day one. Last week he sent Logan, one of his employees out to handle a job for me. The latter was quite knowledgeable, personable, and professional, as well. Will not go anywhere else.

I love these guys! I've used them twice now. First time for my mom and her place and then today for my house. They are quick to return your calls, give prompt service, and are super reasonably priced! I am beyond impressed and would recommend them to anyone here in our area. Honest and fast service. I called one other plumber and estimate was ""$165 and up"", but they charge just to come out and give estimate. I called Gold Coast and the estimate over the phone was $350, but they do not charge to come out for estimate. I went with Gold Coast and the work was done the next day for $200. I'm very happy!

Jamey arrived right on time today and was very friendly and professional. My dog Apollo liked him and that means a lot. He was quick, efficient and gave me some helpful hints on what might need attention in the future. I would recommend him to anybody for plumbing repairs. Thanks Jamey for coming on such short notice and our kitchen sink is happy.

They were fast, friendly and upfront about the costs. They let us know two different scenarios of what it would cost depending on what was wrong so we wouldn't be surprised. Turns out we paid the less expensive of the two quotes. Logan was great! I highly recommend. Plus, they gave me a cute pen with a flashlight so we would remember them. I didn't need the pen to do that but it's a great idea!

Great service, nice people! We have had a couple of plumbing repairs and drain clean-outs and each time they have been prompt, clear about the costs, did a good job, and were quick about calling us back and setting up the appt. I would definitely recommend them.
