Outstanding Service from Goettl's HDM

We have been using Geoettl's for years for annual maintenance on our heating and air conditioning system. After 15 years one of the units was in trouble so we decided to replace the entire system using Geottl's because of our experience with them and their great reputation. They installed the Trane system in one day including spraying sealant in the steel duct work. Thanks go to Luke, the first salesman on site and the installation professionals, Ulysses, Cesar, Sene and Ryon. They all did a super job and were courteous and pleasant to work with.

We had Goettl's High Desert Mechanical install three heating and air-conditioning units in our home
I was impressed with Hank the salesman. He was very knowledgable and efficient. The units were scheduled to be installed in 10 days. When the installation crew arrive at 8:00am their were three Workman. I was told they would have the units installed in one day and they did. They were very professional and installed the pipes and wires with care. They made sure everything was first class. It was like they were working on there own home. They cleaned up leaving no trash or cardboard. They also tested the units to make sure they worked correctly and explained how operate the units.
In about one week they had an inspector come out and review the installation. No problems.

Working with the employees of Goettl has been a very pleasant experience. The office personel notified us when the installers er coming and filled out all the papers for our warranty.

I give 6 star to the Goettl Group for their fine work.

PS: It snowed just a few days after my heating was installed.

Frhank was my sales rep and gave me a great deal on a brand new AC system. My old system was 18 years old, very loud and ran up my electricity bill every month. My new system is very efficient and my dog and I can sleep comfortably now. Thanks Frhank!

We called 3 times for a plumbing emergency and spoke to an answering service. No one ever called to say if they were coming or not. After waiting all day and into the evening, I called another company who came to our house within a half hour. Won't bother with Goettl's again.

Yet again, we couldn't be more pleased. We have had them for HVAC repair and replacement and maintenance. All technicians have been great, professional service and quality. We recently had them for some plumbing work and were happy to have fixed pricing on all repairs- not to mention a great technician, again. Can not recommend enough.

We have just had our winter visit on our maintenance contract. During this visit two capacitors were replaced, one on each of two furnace units, and we were billed $273.71. We checked on the internet and found these exact same capacitors for $10 each plus whatever shipping. We contacted their service manager who agreed to reduce the charge to $90 for the two capacitors. This is a move in the right direction, tho still far more expensive than I feel is reasonable. So, just be aware.

They are great with our maintenance calls.
However I can't say the same about their plumbing. Ive called them several times to see about getting an appointment for an estimate to have a gas line extended to our kitchen so we can convert to a gas range. I've made 3 calls to them with a promise from them every time to call me back. It has been well over a week + 3 different calls I've made to them, but still no return call. This I did not expect from them.

Had a problem with low airflow on my A/C. Adrian checked and found that the air-handler was set to medium airflow, he changed the setting to high. In addition he manually adjust the vents (vents were not adjustable) by bending them slightly downward thereby creating better airflow as opposed to having air flow across the ceiling. He also provided several good suggestions on cooling products. Very personable, exceptional customer service. I highly recommend him.
