Geottls is the worst company that I've ever worked with, whereby they blew out the power in my kitchen and two bathrooms twice, while working in my power box without a license electrician, as well as, didn't fasten down the wires, nor did they put in the right amperage, so it almost burnt down the house according to a licensed electrician that I had to hire afterwards and that was just when installing the air conditioner. Then, they told me I needed a new heating system because my old one wasn't compatible with their air conditioner, which now I come to find out that I never needed it, as it was just a sales scam. After installing the new heater we had countless problems which led to a total of approximately 18 to 20 visits afterwards to try to fix. The first teeter had problems with a switcher inside and then it was decided that another switcher went bad as well. They then removed that heater and had to install a second heater which had two water leaks, due to them installing the wrong size tubing, as well as, they didn't insulate the water pipes that they ran up into the attic and outside to drain the condensation which froze, they had kinks in the hose prior to it going outside so the water backed up and it couldn't drain out and therefore it flowed back into the pump and burnt the pump out. backed up into the pump and burnt out. Then they found out they installed the wrong heater the second time and wanted to come back and and install a third one. But before they could do it we discovered that the head manager named Art lied to us and never followed through on any of their promises, so we sent them away. Obviously, they are the worst company that we have ever worked with and would warn anyone who's listening to this review to go to another company. Now we're forced to go to the R.O.C. and seek legal assistance in efforts to get our money back and get this broken heater out of here. Buyer Beware!

I was astonished at the prices they charged me for my last service. I should have said I need an alternative estimate. They have been servicing my unit since new 2019. It's been hit and miss. I will not trust them in the future to service a long term customer they also wouldn't give me an itemized bill. To me that's an indication of being deceptive. Fortunately my unit , has worked well as it is relatively new and has nothing to do with their service.value for service rendered is very low. Value is in the basement

Just wanted to let anyone know that has signed up for Goettl's annual service contract that you will not receive a reminder BEFORE your cancellation date. They may have noted this in the contract but if your are like me, sometimes you don't read the fine print. If you decide that you do not want to renew be sure to call and cancel prior to your renewal date. If you cancel after you have been charged they will not refund nor prorate the cost. Once charged it is a done deal for 100% of the cost.

I would like to add that I did receive a call back from Goettls and they did decide to refund the charge. I do appreciate that they reached out. Hopefully in the future they will send out a renewal notice to avoid the issue and phone calls.

They charged me a flat fee for 1 hour of work to fix an A/C I don't know what he did. I asked if it was the compressor, he said no. $2,180 for one hour of work. The most rude repairman I ever met. He wouldn't give me a straight answer to any of my questions. I think I was swindled. Beware.

These people give the wrong diagnosis and simply want to replace as many parts as possible. Their techs are inexperienced and incompetent and must be paid based on how much they charge customers. They total misdiagnosed furnace issue and gave me a quote to replace it instead of fixing the minor problem it had. Replace AC fan motor and it failed within a day. They don't give good reports on their inspections to support replacing capacitors, etc. I recommend using others.

We had a mini split installed May of 2023, had to have them back out to check in June of 2023, and again in August 2023 because Mini Split not working as well as we thought it should. Now July 2024 and it's not working at all, called for service and even though we [ay extra for a service contract they initially said they could not come out for over a week. They were able to send someone out to check it the next day and the service person Matt found it was not working and thought there was a leak and would need to come back with someone to assist him with the repair. Matt told us someone would be calling to schedule the service to get it working. No call by 9:30 the next day so we called and were told no one could come out and fix the problem for almost 2 weeks. This is a second home so this mini split has not been used more than 6 months and I am being very generous with that estimate. I would not recommend this company. For the near future we will need to continue with them as the product has a warranty, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Just tried to find out if our warranty was still in effect since our 6 YEAR OLD $7,000-10,000 Central Lennox A/C has a tiny leak! The first guy gave us the run around then said he doesn't work in AZ. Then I called another number on their site because he could not give me a local number . Once I finally found the number the next Bimbo I spoke to says they would have to send someone out for $95 to tell us what was wrong. She could tell me if I had any warranty. They installed the darn thing ! Told her to forget it. The manager then called me back and said sorry but they did find our records and the warranty was up 4 years ago! Lousy stinking warranty for an obviously lemon A/C and likely some line was kinked somewhere but the other company that came to fix it wanted $23,000 to replace it!!! The company that found the link charged nearly $1000 to not find a leak and fill the thing with Freon! Highway robbery! So we are going to the third company on our list to see what we can do. Who has an extra $23K in a 6 year old newly built house that we figured were had 12-15 years of life in it. Our last A/C lasted 24 years. They build crap anymore. Disappointed.

12 or more visits paid services after warranty every year terrible company. Had another Ac contractor out found out system was wired wrong bad temp sensor fixed all ! Now two stage works so much better
