From thorough inspections—which go beyond a typical AC tune-up—to 24/7 plumbing services, we believe in doing things the correct way, not the quick way. Since 1939, our experts are focused on superior service, guaranteed by our complete satisfaction guarantee.
Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a trailblazer in the industry. We uphold a legacy that began in 1939, when Gust and Adam Goettl developed the first evaporative cooler and refrigerated AC unit in the Phoenix area to combat the severe desert heat. Ken Goodrich, our chief executive officer, guides the company after acquiring experience with Goettl units throughout his lifetime. Previously is his journey. We are proud in executing the job properly the first go. Our well-qualified and constantly trained technicians provide a standard of service you will not encounter in the industry. Our technicians are Sadie Certified. If she doesn't approve them, we do not send them to your home. Nobody understands AC like Goettl.
Coy Dayton started the HVAC field at a very early age, having secured a Master's License in HVAC at just 21 years old, the earliest person to achieve a Master's HVAC License in Texas at that time. Dayton A/C and Heating was built one customer at a time through effort, transparency, and craftsmanship. Coy, Jessica, and their team share a passion to top-notch customer service and high-quality performance.

We recently bought a brand new air conditioner and heating system from Dayton services. The air conditioner worked fine. The brand new heater, does not. Two separate technicians came out yesterday and claimed it was fixed. It is still not working. It is 50 degrees in our home. I called to see if they could give me a better ETA and it took over 20 rings for someone to answer.
I am disappointed and wish I would have read some of the reviews before we chose this company.
Mike L.Great appreciation to Dayton Services sending out Mr John is very thorough and was attenative to more than i saw was an issue.. Will definitely refer you all to family, friends and colleagues..
Greg T. from Dayton AC is the man! Have air blowing so cold I had to turn UP the AC so it would get warmer! Did my yearly check up and offered to replace a light bulb in the attic that was out. Clearly not his job but the offer was very much appreciated. Since I replaced the unit several years ago it has never had a check up so todays was the first. I think I will keep this check up thing going....Never want to run out of cold air.
Jan N.Dayton sold me a Daikin HVAC system a few years ago, and it has saved me money on my heating and cooling bills ever since. The staff and technicians have always been courteous and friendly. Today Greg attached a surge protector. He was quick and informative, obviously knew what he was doing, and very nice too.
Jonathan E.After what I would consider a very bad 1st showing Jessica with Dayton called me back and used very good customer service to resolve my issue.
I have a rescheduled appointment and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a positive experience.
I am revising my review for Dayton Services for the installation of a new plenum, ductwork, and a Halo Ionizer in my home yesterday (3/13/19). We reached a decent compromise regarding our misunderstanding on the quoted price, and Dayton has assured us that they will change their policy to make sure that price quotes are totaled up before the customer signs the bid. I liked the people personally, and I appreciated finding out about the mold that grows near plenums (that was in our old plenum/duct system and possibly kept fueling our bronchitis this winter), which we hope the Halo Ionizer will remedy to keep our home mold-free in the future. I would have appreciated better communication on this job: please let customers know that debris will come down from the attic under each vent so they have the opportunity to move and protect what's under the vents; and also, please keep up better with the customer regarding when the job will start and end, including letting us know when/why the workers disappear for a long time in the middle of the job. Good things: they scheduled and completed the job really quickly overall, and they gave us bonus dampers that were not originally included, and worked with us to make us happy after we had our miscommunication. We are keeping fingers crossed that we will be able to raise this review even higher after we have a chance to test the system (for air flow, balance, and lack of mold) and check the work in the attic.
Received a quote that included the City of Austin rebate for $350 for energy efficient HVAC unit but installed unit that didn't qualify for the rebate and cannot get them to call me back to remedy the situation or even explain it. I don't even know if they installed the unit that I paid for.
Install was fine and quick and all seems to be working well a couple months in but left grease and/or dirt fingerprints all around the vents inside the house which had to be cleaned.
I would recommend paying attention to what is going on. I was in a hurry with a broken AC unit in August and they probably took advantage.
Brittany S.It doesn't really matter who you use, replacing your ENTIRE AC unit isn't cheap. But- from our initial assessment with Josh, to Adam and Freddie spending several hours in the 100 degree heat replacing the unit- our experience was fantastic. And, Dayton was our second opinion. They saved us $2k compared to the first estimate. 10/10, highly rec.
Have used Dayton in the past multiple times (new units and repairs) without a problem. Not today.
Called them 8:30am in the morning, and setup an appointment for 12:30pm. 6pm and 6 calls later, David, the technician is nowhere to be found. Every time I call, they try to reach the technician, they can't, and promise to call me back. I never received a call back or any clear reason for the delay, except that I am next on technician's list.
Finally, the technician shows up at 6:45pm. Wants the card information before starting the work. Tries to sell me the membership service without knowing the exact terms.
I will be looking elsewhere for my next HVAC requirement.
We had a great experience with Dayton this weekend. We are selling our house, with an open house planned for Sunday. Friday morning, our outside unit started making a horrible noise. I called Dayton, and they had someone out within an hour to take a look. Our compressor was bad, which was disappointing, but it's an old system so not too surprising. They quoted me a fair price to replace it, and were back out the next morning installing the new unit. We had our new unit in less than 24 hours from our first call to them. Everyone we spoke too was friendly and professional. They will definitely be my first call if we have AC trouble in the future.
