Over charged and lied to about what's wrong. They came out and said a bunch of stuff was wrong called another company to verify, and they said nope only
Minor issue which cost less than 1/5 of what we were quoted. Couldn't imagine referring this company to anyone, love when they keep calling/texting about the quote and leaving a review.

The technician from Goettl, Junior, came out to look at our A/C for a free inspection and service. He did an outstanding job and was very professional with great customer service.

They came out looked at everything said we needed to replace the entire unit for 16000 dollars .....we had some one else come the next day to look at it they had it fixed in 2 minutes so displeased with them only after money that's all they care about scamming you out of money will be letting our entire housing community to stay away from them

After requesting service for my elderly disabled father, we were given 2 options 7k to fix in 10 days, or 14k to replace the next day. Being the unit was only a few years old we decided to have someone else come out. All the parts were covered under the manufacture warranty, and we paid 500 for labor. Geottl takes advantage of people in need, they should not be allowed to do business.

The absolute worst business I've ever had the displeasure of getting ripped off by !!!!
Got talked into spending $23k with this horrible no talent company three years ago but we figured ""we live in the desert , don't cheap out on your ac"" . Top of the line they kept saying .... three years later it went out with trips out by goettl three times before it quit for good. It took them four days IN LATE JUNE , IN LAS VEGAS to install a new unit. 27 days later this new unit is not working and they'll be out between noon and four .... it's five and my house is 90 degrees and I have three labs. This company is incompetent and they don't give a damn about your comfort , health or anything else. We can't even hire a competent ac company to fix it correctly because it will void all warranties. I'm so disgusted with this horrible company that I am building a sign for the back of my truck to warn people about this horrible, incompetent, lying company. You would think since it's their fault they would send someone out before my house sits in the heat all day getting hotter and hotter.... nope , they don't give a damn about you.
Ok , making the sign and calling a lawyer.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR AC WORKING CORRECTLY.

A few weeks ago i had a flooding in my home and hired a plumbing company. He snaked out the main line and advised where the problem lies, the main sewer line repair will be very costly. His company will do the job but do not offer financing as it will be too costly to do so. After looking into ""Angi's"" website, Goettl was on the first line and Las Vegas Plumbing followed (no response). Goettl responded and David Mendoza came to see how he can help. He suggested doing a hydro-scub first, a less costly approach which may solve the issue. Well, it turned out that a very expensive procedure is indeed needed. Living on retirement income does not make it flexible and nearly impossible to afford high expenses like this. But today, between David Mendoza, John and Travis(?), were able to find me financial scourses (2 out of 3) who can help me get approval to pay for this costly project. They also went far beyond that to make sure the work will be done. All involved were very professional, considerate and above all humble human beings. I am so appreciative to all who came together to ""RESCUE"" me and my family. And most of all, to David, who literally stayed ""by my side"" to make sure I will be happy towards the end of my project, a ""one-of-a-kind"" person. With people like those I've mentioned, I'm confident without a doubt more successful future is in store for the Goettl company. It's been a pleasure working with you and thank you so very much

i wait for the pluming guy come for all day they charge exrea expensive around 350 or more have to call another company get it done for 200 they used to be good charge fair but now i dont know

2 months after servicing my 2 year old air units, they both had issues. Called the original installation company. They showed us a number of issues and alterations to their installation. I firmly believe my units were sabotaged

""My air conditioning unit, which had served me well for 22 years, finally gave out. I reached out to Goettl for a quote and was provided with an estimate of $18K. Being a firm believer in obtaining multiple quotes for any significant investment, I sought a second opinion.

This led me to 'Danny's No Sweat Air', who offered a much more reasonable quote of $9K. This price included a new AC unit with installation (crane, manpower, etc) with a higher SEER rating, AND additionally, a new roof bracket stand. This estimate aligned closely with the estimates I had gathered from discussions with friends and neighbors so I proceeded with Dans No Sweat Air. They explained the process and estimates of time, etc.

To my delight, 'No Sweat Air' completed the installation the very next day. I am thrilled with their service and look forward to many years of comfortable temperatures--no to mention my AC bills which are less than half of the prior couple summer bills.

While the representatives from Goettl were pleasant, their quote was significantly higher than expected. I would encourage anyone considering a major purchase to seek multiple quotes before making a decision.

While I cannot recommend Goettl based on my experience, I hope they will take this feedback into consideration and adjust their pricing to be more competitive with other companies in the future.

James and Kalif did a great job! I appreciate how friendly and professional they both are. They let me know what was of concern and how to address it. Kalif was patient explaining the censor app for the AC and James did a great job with replacing the hose on my washing machine and replacing pipes on my water heater. Thank you!
