Our furnace went-out, and we had a Tech from Goettl come-out to diagnose the problem. he showed-up on time, and was very professional. as it turned-out, the issue was an unusual one, where the Tech needed to request the quote from the inside sales rep. I was told the quote would be sent the following day (Monday), but I unfortunately did not receive it. After numerous calls throughout the week, and promises from Goettl, I did not actually receive the quote to repair the furnace until Friday. Keep in-mind that we had overnight temps in the low 30's all week, and our house dropped below 57 degrees several times. There was ZERO urgency from Goettl, and when the quote finally came, they wanted to charge us $2,500, which included replacing the motor. Because they failed to provide a quote in a reasonable manner, I was forced to find a different service, and was refered to RB Rockwell Brothers, who came on short notice, Friday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and gave me an immediate quote which was $1,600 less than Goettl, and didn't include replacing the motor. Rockwell was amazing, explaining the situation in a manner that we could easily understand, not Tech speak. They fixed our furnace, provided maintenance options, and left us with a real sense of urgency and care. What a disappointment Goettl was. Not only did they show how they didn't care that our house was freezing, but tried to charge us for services we didn't need. Would never recommend them to anyone for any reason.

we live in the las vegas area i contacted goettl air conditioning regarding a simple hvac air duct cleaning job and have the clothes dryer duct clean as well. i say simple job because even though it took 2 hours for goettl to get back to me and then i had to call them. we rent our home. bay contacted property management property management give them verbal authorization to come out for a quote and to complete the work order. i contacted goettl and spoke to a very rude person that told me absolutely no!!! that they would not come out and complete the work even though they had authorization to do so. i am so happy that they took this stance because based on the way my family was treated as first-time customers potential customers i can say that we probably saved ourselves a lot of time money and headache because i am absolutely certain that the potential for the work being is equally subpar as the customer service was is absolutely 100%. it is supposed to be a family-owned company but it doesn't seem to be ran like one. my family was treated rudely even though we treated them with complete respect. i will make sure that anyone that asked me about hvac cleaning i will be more than happy to share them the miserable experience and the terrible customer service that we received from goettl air conditioning.also please note i am also in the customer service business and come across difficult situations on a daily basis and i try to go above and beyond to treat people with the utmost respect that is not the way i was treated. but like i say thank you once again for saving me money time and a lot of headaches because i'm sure that the work that would have been provided had i actually hired your company would have been equally subpar to the customer service that i received!! i was treated rudely disrespectfully thankfully i recorded the conversation.

LOL said all our metal ductwork would need to be replaced because it was old and some of the insulation was missing. Next company said it would last forever because it's metal and could be repaired.

I called for emergency plumbing and got the run around. After 4 hours of waiting since 2:30am they finally said they can only book me between 9am-1:00pm. That's not emergency fulfillment!

Erick was clean, friendly and professional. He crawled into the attic until he found the issue and resolved our airflow problem.

Our master as not heating or cooling due to an air flow issue. A previous company that was dispatched said there was nothing they could do because it was how the house was designed.

In 45 minutes Erick fixed the issue and did a thorough walkthru with me. This was resolved just in time for the cold winter. Thank you Erick. We highly recommend Goettl for friendly service and quality work. Not the cheapest but high quality and well worth it!

We called Goettl for a second opinion about a pipe repair after an initial estimate from a different company came out to a high price that would also involve needing to tear apart our drywall, and I am so glad we called them. Texas Chris was the repairman who came to service our bathroom pipe issue and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he the friendliest person, but he fixed our problem for half the cost of the other company's estimate and no damage to our drywall was needed. He was also very sweet and gave our three little girls each a little Goettl stuffed dog, which they loved. I highly recommend this company and strongly suggest asking for Chris Churchill to be your repairman. Thanks so much, Chris and Goettl!

I initially gave Goettl a two-star review because I didn't know the company well when I first dealt with them. Now, I deeply regret choosing them. They sold me a faulty unit, and it breaks down every two to three months. Each time it happens, I call their technicians, but they only offer excuses and temporary fixes. The unit works for a couple of months before breaking again.

Today is Saturday, and when I called for service, they told me no one could come until Thursday. This is unacceptable. I wish I could go back, take this unit, dump it in front of their office, and get my money back so I could purchase a reliable one elsewhere.

I do not recommend this company or their technicians. They spend a lot on advertising, but their service and products are terrible. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company.

I have to say that Goettl AC and Plumbing gives fantastic service. When my heat wasn't working I was able to get same day service. Josias Rickerson, my technician, was friendly and efficient. He was able to fix the issue and I am currently enjoying a cup of coffee in my toasty kitchen.
