when you do a big job their worth the money for their expertise. I'm happy it's not done yet but I see no problems. Professional company that responds fast and starts the job fast. Next day they began the iob! So the Jobs done they delivered more then they promised and the difference makes my old setup look like a joke on me . Say what you want to say but I'm lower middle class and I regret nothing. Thank you Goettl for coming to the rescue and earning a customer for life

Goettl ran a special to unclog your drain for $80. I have the video advertisement recorded on my television. So I called them up to unclog two drains in my master bath. The replaced both pea traps on each side. Probably a $17 part, but they never cleaned out the six inches of pvc piping that runs to the pop out, where the actual clog was. Their initial quote was $750. I said to them what about this $80 you're advertising on tv. He wasn't sure what the advertisement said bit it's pretty clear when you go back just to watch it. So I complained and they made a concession and dropped the price to $660. Still not the $80 per drain I was looking for. To me this was an act of false advertisement. I said $660 to do a $160 advertised price $80 per drain? And the guy tells me the art of running a business. We have trucks to run, maintain, gasoline, keeping the lights on...etc. why advertise $80? Just advertise $600 or so since that's closer to the amount you will be seeking. They don't because they won't get any calls. This company to me is deceiving, and should be called out on their practices. It's total BS, and it hurts the reputation of their industry because I will never use them after this repair is complete. 12/15/2025. Sorry guys, you know you're in the wrong here. Advertise a $600 repair minimum on all repairs. At least youd be telling the truth!!

I called them out because I heard running water behind the wall. They found the leak, it was a literal pinhole caused by the previous owner when they installed the edge trim, it had finally rusted away. He muttered for a bit when it was revealed, called his boss, then said they didn't think they could fix it and it would be better to re-pipe the entire house. I was amazed, if they couldn't fix this pinhole leak why would I trust them to re-pipe my house? He said they could try to fix it for $800-$1k but it likely wouldn't work, I asked him to leave. It cost me $80 to fix myself. These guys are a joke, avoid at all cost. Photo attached is the pinhole leak they couldn't fix.

TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY. So end result: a level two (water sensor removed) water heater 55gal cost me $5787.00.

The level 3 hot water heater ran $5699. There was another $89 that was supposed to be removed from my bill since I went forward with the install. That didn't happen.

I had the sensor removed. It is a good thing I didn't take off the sensor is what the service tech told me.
But wait here is the catchy convo prior to removing the sensor: I was told the sensor could not be removed. so I asked how much will it cost to change out whatever needs to be done so I don't have this hideous box and cords hanging all over... the person on the phone said the service tech would come out and remove the box . Think real hard about this conversation...this place is very dishonest. Buy Beware!

new heating and air conditioning. was done so badly the thermostat shuts down... piping under the mobile home is kinked and doesn't work.

I have used this company again after some initial reservations. They seem expensive. I am not sure that I am getting value for my money with Goettl. I paid $1,600 on maintenance and ""improvements"" on my HVAC system in a house that is only four years old. I also spent over $400 to replace a part in a water heater that was still under warranty.

We are so impressed with Goettl Las Vegas. Bronco who works in the Goettl Las Vegas company, came to our home to explain HVAC systems and Goettl's services. He was so thorough so kind so patient and just very impressive. We have made a final decision about an HVAC system. We did purchase one of Goettl services right away because of Bronco's concise and fair explanation. We have not yet made a final HVAC system, but if we purchase a Goettl system, it will be in no small measure because of Bronco and his attentiveness Thank You Goettl

I purchased a membership earlier this year for $199 which included an HVAC, furnace and plumbing inspection. I was very pleased with how thorough the inspections were and the recommendations given. During the plumbing inspection I advised the Goettl technician that I wanted to replace my 11 year old water heater. He called the office for the estimate -- $3895 for a 50 gallon water heater. This was their best offer. Needless to say, I said thanks but no thanks.

I replaced the water heater today for $2035 with another company.

I don't know if Goettl thinks its customers are ignorant or they just like taking advantage of people. I'm not renewing my membership based on this experience as I don't like to be taken for a fool. Let the buyer beware when dealing with this company.
