To my fellow Veterans run, not walk, from this business! I called trying to get this company's take on a shoddy install done by their acquired business (Sunny plumber). Instead of finding out what happened this company proceeded to tell me since a permit was pulled they are good. So to thank you for your service Veteran- I am going to talk to you with a condescending tone so take it like a champ! I would never let these people in my house. If you need a plumber who will value you and work on correction work, call MB Plumbing- they are great and will get the job done correctly and will throw in a discount for the rework.

I chose Goettl last year because of their reputation. They changed my furnace and have been servicing my furnace and a/c. There were a couple of hiccup, but Goettl made it right. Art took the time to explain everything to me. I knew I needed a new A/C, but he didn't force one on me. They are very thorough when they serviced my unit. It looked brand new even though it's 20yrs old. My heater is wonderful. Heats the house and keeps me cozy.
James came and hooked me up when he came to service my new heater. He went over and above till after dark. My heater is a secure unit. Thank you Art and James.....and Ryan for making it all right.

Had Goethe come out to a rejuvenation and Patrick was awesome!! He gave me some great wisdom on how to best take care of my AC on my own and did a thorough inspection. I love that these guys are on salary so not motivated to sell you a new AC or repairs if not needed. Highly reviewed... especially Patrick!

I had an appointment for months and scheduled to be home and the night before they called and The technician would not be able to make it at the scheduled time and wanted to reschedule. This was in early June and the only time they could schedule me was for the first week in September. I told him this summer will almost be over by then. I emailed one of the supervisors never did get a response. Not a very good way to do business. Heard their ass on KF I radio.

After the Home warranty insurance company sending 4 different companies (2 visits each) with a waste of time spanning 10 weeks of no air in the summer after creating water damage in my walls (ARRGH)and being so dirty (A&E Mechanical) that I have to repaint...... I called Geottl and paid for it myself. PATRICK was THE BEST !!!! He not only knew what the issue was but he fixed it in just one visit. They are very clear and give you options and YES......they really do use red screws :-). They are my Go-To company from here on out. THANK YOU GEOTTL AND THANK YOU PATRICK !!!!!

Oscar and his trainee were amazing! They came it to do a rejuvenation in our A/C unit and they were extremely friendly and professional. They explained every step of what they were going to do and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I also appreciated the courtesy call reminder the night beforehand as well as an hour before they came so I wasn't waiting around all day. Highly recommend Oscar & his trainee.

Had Goettl scheduled for over 2 weeks in the future. They wow'd me when they called saying they could do the service right away, weeks early. Great!!! And Patrick did an excellent job taking care of us. Right to the job and no time wasted. Great knowledgeable guy. Hope to have his help again.
