The Tech came out, after looking at the unit he told me I needed a new unit and said the maintenance they offered would have them come out quarterly or when I had a problem. The tech was not driving a Goettl service truck.
I was told by other companies the unit I had did not need to replaced because it was only a few years old.
They never came out to do service. Tried get refund and was refunded 30% of the amount paid.
They are not a company I would recommend.
Cathy K.Well I called them on Saturday morning as our heater stopped working Patrick came out he's super friendly and nice. Said we needed two parts replaced ok do it. 10 min after he departed the heater turned off. Called the service center in Phoenix they were less than helpful- so I called the Corona office Sunday morning. Was told they don't send techs out on Sunday, but they can schedule me for Monday. On Monday Patrick returns and says a part has broken and totally owns it. Replaces the part we have heat!! For 10 minutes. Call the Corona office and request a supervisor. So on Tuesday we get James the supervisor he trouble shoots our unit and comes up with two other items. We give him the go ahead to proceed. He come back on Thursday-- we have heat finally. The Phoenix service center is worthless you need to speak the people in Corona (the 951 number).
Well... our pilot light went out and we were told we needed a new heater/a/c unit which made sense since the unit was 35 years old. That being said, we entertained a few companies but didn't feel comfortable w them, especially since we were spending thousands of dollars.
My wife heard about Goettl through a friend, and said to give them a call which we did. In walks Arthur R. from Goettl who offered us knowledge, explanation, and suggested a number of solutions. His knowledge and salt of the earth persona won us over. He was followed by Ryan. C., who was in the general area (Orange County) , and Ryan explained the pluses/minuses of each unit... no hard selling... just a real solid family man as well.
We both agreed these are the folks we should work with, and the next day they sent a crew to remove the old and put in the new unit... All transparent, all quick and clean, and very well priced.

Javier L.Requested a quote for a replacement HVAC online. Got a call back within 2 hours. However, it felt the operator was simply interested to know if all the decision makers would be home for the appointment.
What? Am I buying a timeshare or vacation home? This reeked of a high pressure sales tactic for them. So, I retracted my request and decided to solicit quotes from others.
Today Goettl A/c and plumbing came by and we finalized the deal to have my plumbing all taken care of. Everything was wrong with a home that was 65 years old. So everything means EVERYTHING. But Jeff Cronin was just the best! My son and I spent most of the time laughing and a little business for about 2 hours! Jeff is a smart, right on guy. Gets to the point and tells me like it is. The house is old, it needs fixin'. Well maybe not in those words but I know what he means. Jeff gave me a few options on a full plumbing job and the price was VERY reasonable and 'do-able.' So I signed on dotted line and work will start the next day. I am so satisfied with the company, Goettl. Both Jeff C and Dave H from yesterday's review were expert in their field and professional! Neither did a hard sell or pushing! I appreciate that greatly, for if they were, they would not be in my house long. Jeff made friends w/my dog so all is well. I highly recommend Goettl for all your heating/air/and plumbing. And ask for Dave H. or Jeff Cronin. You'll enjoy you time with these two! I guarantee it. :)
We are very happy with Goettl and the fast service we received. OSCAR was very informative, friendly, and one of the best technicians I have ever had as a homeowner. Quick, clean and done right.
Just had a service person come out to the house. David Hernandez was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY honest. Highly recommend him and the company!! And, not to sound cliche, but feel I made a new friend.
Teenie D.I called Goettl at the beginning of this year. I have an old gas floor furnace that needed attention. The customer service person said that there's a $149 fee for technicians to come out if you are looking to repair and a no fee if you are looking to replace your system. I was hoping that a repair wouldn't cost as much as a replacement so I chose the repair option. The technicians that came out were very courteous and gave me options for replacement but didn't provide options for repair. It was an extremely disappointing experience. I should have disputed this charge on my credit card but lost track of time because my parents have health issues. I also called multiple times to try to get a refund but had no luck. Very disappointing given that they run a million commercials about how they do the right thing an not the easy thing. Not in this case. You're better off spending your money somewhere else if you need a repair.
The employees were great.
But I had issues with the manager he was rude and tried to overcharge me on my invoice.
I had never had any one treat me the way this this guy did very disappointed with their staff. I called and wanted to speak to the owner and ygey give me the runaround
My wife and I met with Ryan Cortes, who did a simply amazing job at getting us set up. We did not know Ryan prior to his arrival.
Some points about Ryan:
*Called to say he was on his way
*Arrived exactly on time
*Being a technicians' Field Supervisor, was able to speak intelligently and in clear terms about the different systems available
*Walked us through what is available, and which units were right (and/or too much for what we need)
*Did not suggest a unit size that was above what we need. (I work with cold storage technicians who cool and freeze entire warehouses - Ryan passed their test regarding appropriate unit size)
*Very polite and personable
*Put on shoe covers every time he entered our house :)
We are very happy so far and we are looking forward to our brand new Goettl shearing and cooling system.
