REALLY GREAT SERVICE. Had a problem with one of our AC Units. Called Waltons - they came out that day and figured out the problem within about 20 minutes. Had the problem fixed that day. What we feared would be a major problem (and major expense) turned out to be something minor and didnt cost much - GOOD HONEST SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

My air conditioning broke a few years ago and I called Waltons to help me out. They were amazing! It's a family owned business with very trustworthy people. I wasn't sure which unit I should buy as far as my needs and expenses. Erik gave me a very precise breakdown on what I would be paying along with the amounts I would save through taxes and electricity. That really helped me make the right decision on which unit to get. I have been pleased with my choice to go with the bigger unit. My air works great and my electricity bill is minimal! Great people, great service, great company! I called Walton's heating and air conditioning for my new place of business. The existing AC unit was not functioning properly in one of the offices and in the waiting room. I also needed AC in the warehouse as it gets uncomfortably warm in there. Walton's responded the same day. Todd was extremely helpful and the next morning his crew was able to replace all the air ducts which where crushed and leaking and also use the existing 5 ton AC to run an industrial air duct with 4 air vents into the warehouse (which looks great!). This saved me thousands of dollars by not having to purchase and install a second AC for the warehouse. VERY happy customer!!! Thanks Todd and the guys at Walton's for a job well done!! :)
