Like many other reviewers here, I feel that Goettl has invested a lot of time in how their service is perceived, but could benefit from more time spent expanding the technical knowledge of their employees. (I say this as someone who pays the monthly fee for their Sadi program).

My first experience with them was when they came out to just check my heater. The person who did it was polite and nicely groomed, but couldn't really explain what exactly they had done or checked. When asked point blank, they explained how they had some issue opening some panel at first but solved it, kind of dodging my question. I let this go.

Next, I had a plumber come out - again for a routine check.

They gave me info about my water, which was nice. They even claimed to raise my water pressure because mine was always set a bit low. For about 5 days this was great - I had slightly higher water pressure. But here I am, and all water pressure to the house has dropped to near nothing all of a sudden. This was never an issue before (yes, it was low, but usable. Now it is no longer usable - the water to everything in the house slows to a crawl if you so much as flush a toilet now).

I now have to call my warranty company because I have no clue what else to do - or call Goettl and pay a whole new service fee to fix something that may have been caused by their ""routine maintenance"" in the first place.

I won't give 1-star because the staff *is* kind / polite, which is a rarity these days. But I don't think I'll be renewing my yearly membership and I'm still not sure I will have them come do the AC ""maintenance"" because I don't want anything messed with.

Warning! This company exists to steal your money. Terrible service and lying techs are just the beginning.
Called these guys for a repair on HVAC unit sometime last year, and let the young lady sell me a maintenance plan as well
Appt set between 1pm and 5pm, tech shows up at 5:45pm, no courtesy call to let me know he's running late.
Goes on the roof for 5 minutes, comes back down and says the reason unit is not cooling properly is a Freon leak but of course it can't be repaired
Goes to show me a picture of my unit and has to look through his photos on his phone for two minutes to find the pic, if he just took it, it would be the first pic on his phone
Says Freon is oily and this ""looks"" like Freon
Conveniently offers to send someone to give me a quote on a new unit starting at $12,000
I tell him no thanks and call someone else
They are here 10 minutes and air is blowing 51 degrees
So now I have a service contract with a company I don't trust
Finally answer their call and make an appointment 9 days later
Supposed to be here today between 9am and 1 pm
Get a call at 9:20 am telling me they have to reschedule to sometime in May because they have a large volume of emergency calls
This is not acceptable!
This is not the right way or the easy way!
Read the other reviews and don't waste your time and money

If I Could give a zero I would, Arnie was an awesome tech he pointed out some problem in my HVAC sufficient enough to need an upgraded system, my whole system is about 10 years old so I figured ok get me a quote. The first joker to call me Austin was completely unhelpful, he treated me like an idiot that knows nothing about the workings of an HVAC system, told him I wanted a detailed quote from least expensive to most expensive option, he refused. The second joker that called me told me ""you have done business with us in the past you should know how we work"", did I mention I just spent over $10k with my tankless water heater less than a year ago. He refused to send me a detailed quote and became combative on the phone. I guess recording calls for quality and training purposes does not produce any results for your team, I am trying to throw my business at them and these fools don't know how to play catch, what way to treat a repeat customer. Last time I ever look in their direction, absolutely worst experience I have ever had with retail company.

Please DO NOT use this company if you value your time.
We called to get service on our AC unit and were scheduled for a day three weeks from when we called.
We then called the afternoon before to confirm because we needed to take time off work. We were told yes, we would be the first appointment after their morning meeting.
That evening around 6pm, we received a call saying that they couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule for three weeks later.
Why do people call for service? Because there is an issue. Why would I want to wait SIX WEEKS from my initial call to have someone come look at it??
We canceled and had someone else come out to look at it and fix it.

I can't say enough good things about Goettl in Corona. My husband and I had all our 60+ year old plumbing replaced, which included hydro jetting the main sewer line and putting an ABS sleeve inside the very old clay pipe that had crakes in it dips in it and was no longer straight. We also had a two way clean out put in, which I highly recommend because it makes it so much easier for a plumber to tackle a problem, but it also keeps sewage from backing up into your tub and toilets, which was happening to us that's how we knew we had a major problem. We also had a water softener put in, which we absolutely love!! We want to give a big THANK YOU to all the guys on the plumbing team from Goettl Corona starting with Mark Laster, our first point of contact and then Tim, Eli, Ken, Josh and Shandy one of the Managers. All of these guys come with many years of experience and expertise and are very knowledgeable about plumbing. I know I forgot to name a few guys, but they know who they are and I can't thank them enough.

My job was supposed to be a fairly easy job, but sometimes you don't know what lays beneath the problem and they kept uncovering more issues with our plumbing, which I wasn't surprised at considering how old it was. If you are hesitant to have people working in and around your house specially in these times with covid, all I can say is do not worry they take it seriously and take all precautions by wearing masks, gloves and booties on there shoes before entering your home. Also they cleaned up after themselves, they never left a mess or trash behind and they were at my house for a week.

Goettl may not be the cheapest plumbers around, but you get what you pay for and when it comes to plumbing I don't want the cheapest guy working on my plumbing, because it will cost you a lot more in the long run. All the work that was needed to be done and recommended was explained to us in detail before they started. We couldn't be happier with all the work that was done. Thank You Goettl plumbers you are the BEST!!!

3 year old top of the line furnace & a/c was quit blowing heat. Called for help... Bad, bad & bad. Over charged & charged for a pipe 'cap' I didn't even need & nobody took any responsibility for not fixing the problem. I ended up using another company that fixed the issue... for FREE! Just needed to clear a drain line. Sheesh

This Goettl repairman came to my house and immediately suggested that I replace my entire air conditioning unit without so much as researching the parts or surveying the damage. He quoted me ""$12k for the Toyota of air conditioners up to $30k for the Rolls Royce of air conditioners."" I challenged and asked if the coils can be repaired and charged and he said it's not possible. When I said we would not do the repair he said he would check in the truck if he had coil sealant and left for a bit. He came back with his supervisor on the phone who told me it's not possible to seal and charge, but since it's under warranty they would just charge me to replace the coil and not charge for the labor. The bill went from $13k lowest to $3k. Why would he immediately recommend a replacement instead of a repair? We work hard and when things break we have to trust that these techs you send to our homes will shoot us straight and recommend what we need to keep our homes in good shape. When you do business this way you lose our trust, and the trust of our families and neighbors. I can't ever recommend your company after I'm treated like a fool and a cash cow by your employees.

Don't do it. Don't call them. And certainly don't get the Sadie package. It's all just a ruse to ""inspect"" your system and recommend things that will cost you thousands of dollars. Crappy service, criminally negligent about COVID exposure, price gouging. There's no inspection or concern about your welfare. There is only inspection to see what they can get from you.

""Rejuvenation"".... It was a joke. They scheduled an appointment to get my house heater ""Rejuvenated"" and my tankless water heater flushed. For some reason they would not schedule them on the same day. So I take off work the first day for the house heater ""rejuvenation"" after they confirmed they would be out that day between 12pm-5pm. I get a text late in the day of my appointment letting me know they can no longer make it. The next day I was to have my tankless water heater flushed and they confirmed they would be out between 12pm-5pm. The tech shows up after 6pm and spends a few minutes trying to talk me out of getting the flush (says, looks like it's working fine, you don't need it if you have a water filter, it's going to cost you $200 and on and on and on). I tell him I wish to proceed and then all of a sudden he remembers he doesn't have a flush kit with him. Sir you had one job to do at my house how is it that you don't have a flush kit? I have lost confidence in this company. Big companies step over a dollar to pick up a nickel.
