Loved waltons this is not them. I hear the commercials over and over.. every time they show up for the maintenance, always a sticker shock in the end.. the commercial offers a handful of filters. To this day the haven't provided one.. I dont feel safe.. they ran out of sadie puppies. Maybe was a trust issue dog ran away. Not that the gift is expected.. tec said repair to my system would be 1300. Little do they know I have a air tec.. I called him he said the job would be 600. Plus it wasn't a immediate issue. I miss waltons obviously this is not them.

Thank you Goettl Air Conditioning for setting the standards! Your service and product is a reflection on how professional and optimal your product is. From start to finish, we are impressed with the attention to detail and how knowledgeable your techs are. They are considerate and attentive to your needs. Our first time buying an ac unit experience was not as stressful as what most people have gone through. Yes they are priced higher than most but you can't go wrong with quality. We would rather spend a bit more to have an exceptional unit than pay less for something you'll have to replace in a few years. Their service alone was impressive. That sold us.

We want to personally thank the first two techs Art and Ervin for educating us which HVAC is more suited for our home. Thank you to Alex and Miguel for installing the unit properly and explaining how the unit runs. And a huge thank you to Oscar for coming out to do the proper wiring to get our new HVAC to function the correct way. He took his time to inform us how the system works and also made sure all our questions and concerns were covered and answered. His kindness and patience is very rare and we appreciate him very much. We are Goettl Air Conditioning customers for life and hope many of you read this review and choose Goettl like we did. It's one of the best decisions we made, hands down!

I called because I love the commercials. Come to find out that is the best thing about this company. Two workers arrived to give my system a ""Rejuvenation"" They asked if I have allergies, which I do but I clean my filter regularly and had actually purchased a high end filter a few months prior and which I had just cleaned the week before I called them to come out. My problem was that I was hearing an occasional screeching noise from the system. I noticed when the workers took the cover of my outside unit they were dropping screws and were not picking them up. I found that odd. Over an hour later a supervisor arrives to sell me new ducting while suddenly it felt like dirt is pouring through my A/C system which they had running. The supervisor does this casual hard push for my to buy new ducting. He would talk around my questions constantly asking me what I did not understand and not really answering any of my questions. I repeatedly asked, he repeatedly deflected. After a few hours I finally agreed to buy new ducting simply because my system is over 20 years old and it would be affordable with the financing plan I was given. I still had reservations but I did it. Shame on me. Once they were gone I looked at the YELP reviews and agreed with almost all of the negative review and decided to cancel the contract within the allowed three days so I called to let them know. I was told my calling was good enough to cancel but the paperwork said otherwise. The paperwork also says you can send a telegram to cancel. Yeah right telegram, they don't even supply a fax number. To ensure my contract was cancelled in a timely manner I went to the headquarters in Corona to deliver the cancellation in person. Happened to notice a sign in one of the offices --sales goal $55k per day. No wonder the bad srv.

Fantastic Marketing team, I fell for it. Months ago while visiting my elderly parents, I had noticed their A.C. wasn't working. So After hearing that convincing commercial on the radio, I was sold. I wanted to have their A.C. ""Rejuuuvenated"" and scheduled it. Because it was ""busy season"" the soonest appointment was two weeks out but because of that commercial I opted to be patient. When the date finally came I had let my parents know that the Service man should be there at 10am (still feeling comfortable with my choice at this time) I had to work that day. So I was happy at work thinking my parentals were enjoying their A.C. . At 5 pm as I'm leaving work I called to check on my parents and guess what? No one had shown up not at 10am, not at 12pm not ever. I called Goettle to ask what happened? I was told that the Technician had canceled the appointment without letting us know and that I would have to reschedule and coincidentally the soonest date they had open was two weeks away. OH HELL NO!...you fooled me once Geottle but not twice, I went to a local guy with only a two days of waiting. I'm hearing these new commercials now which are still AWESOME, But don't fall for it Geottle doesn't seem very trustworthy.

I was SO IMPRESSED with the Goettl technicians? that came to my home for my AC and heater ""Rejuvenation"". I was shown before and after pictures every step of the way. Goettl Air Conditioning will be my vendor of choice for my AC, Heater, and plumbing in the future. And, most important, I was presented with one of Sadie's pups and a Goettl flashlight! Oh one more thing, they changed the batteries in my smoke detectors?! Can you believe that??

I rarely feel the need to write a review for anything but the treatment from this company is infuriating. I called early August to schedule their rejuvenation service. They are able to schedule me for 3 weeks from then because they are extremely busy. I make sure to tell them the unit is on the roof of my 2 story building and they will need at least a 22' ladder. I'm told that isn't a problem.

The day of service I get a call from them asking if I have a ladder. I'm told that the only technician that has a 22' ladder is out of the area, so they need to re schedule. They schedule me for October 5th.

October 5th I get a call stating they will be at my house in about an hour. Technician shows up 3 hours later. He is very friendly, gives my kids a stuffed animal and then goes outside to get to work. Except the ladder is too short, so they tell my wife they have to re schedule....

I call the service center and tell them I need a manager to call me to address this. Wait 3 hours and no one calls me. I call them again and the same person from earlier connects me with Felicia.

Felicia goes above and beyond to make the situation right. We agree on another date and she promises they will have the right equipment. Everything is good so it seems....

Except I just got a call from their service manager stating that my 2 story house is 36' tall and they can't go on the roof. I try explaining to him that it's no more than 22' and he tells me his technician sent him a picture of his 32' ladder being too short.
I just got home and measure the side of the house and it is 23'. I tried reaching them again and can't get anyone on the phone. I just don't understand how you can run a business like that.

I will admit they were all extremely nice even when I was being nasty to them but they push you to that point.
I chose to ignore the reviews and try for myself, hope you don't do the same.

I wanted to give one star at first because my appointment for AC rejuvenation was rescheduled 3 times at the very last minute. However, the technician, Robert, was very professional and friendly. He took the time to check the AC system and cleaned it. He explained new regulations for system. He did not push for any additional services. Thank you Robert, you deserve 5 stars!

I would definitely recommend Goettl to anyone. We were having problems with our 15 year old ac unit. Called Goettl in the morning and scheduled an apt for the same afternoon. Will, the technician they sent was awesome! He was very honest and showed me the problems going on. He told me about how much ot was going to be to fix it and also gave me the option of a new unit. I opted for a new unit and they had it in and running by 10 pm the same night! Everyone was so helpful, professional and honest. Thank you Will, Roscoe, Irving(i think that was the finance guys name, he was great!) and Enrique for the extra help with the thermostat! You guys are amazing!
