When I learned that we required gas-powered hydrojetting (our antiquated electrical system couldn't handle an electric-powered one), we contacted Goettl. Jordan was very accommodating to our needs. Grant showed up on schedule and was very professional, explaining each step of the process, doing a thorough job, and careful cleanup when finished. Goettl even provided a before-and-after video of the hydrojetting process to show the job was done successfully. I found Goettle to be affordable, reliable, and conscientious. I would certainly use this service again if needed, though I believe it will be some time before this situation would occur again!

I cannot praise Service Tech Brian Aung enough. He was prompt, professional and most of all patient. He came back to explain to my husband what needed to be done (at my request). He followed up frequently, always bringing treats for my pup. He even showed up the morning of our install to make sure we were comfortable with the process. We have other choices for AC but Brian's customer service is what determined our choice. He is a great spokesman for the company!

Not happy with this company at all...

1.) First time out they searched and searched for the problem and then tried to sell me on $15k in repair work. After a second and third opinion the work was not needed.

2.) I was super busy one week so quickly sent a request through Yelp to get someone out to unclog my drain. I got an automatic reply through Yelp telling me to call the service number. Well, if I wanted to do that I would have done it in the fist place. I wrote them back on Yelp with my phone number and address and asked that they came out but no response. I don't think they respond at all to Yelp inquiries even though they are set up to do so.

3.) After I called the number they came out a second time and told me it was going to cost $330 to snake the drain and when I questioned the price they happened to find a special they were having for $80 to snake a drain...slightly different. Then proceeded to show me on camera all the problem places of my pipes and I should spend $15k to fix them. I got a second opinion from another plumber this morning on one of the problems the Goettl guy said should be fixed and he said that was ridiculous it's fine.

All in all, a salesy plumbing company looking to milk you for whatever they can. I will say the guys were nice but I won't be using this company again.

I had my whole plumbing & angle stops replaced. The guys doing the replacement were great since the pipes were in a very small attic. They finished it in one day but left lots of cuts in my drywall. I had another guy from Goettl come out to plaster about 25 holes - he did a good job with the plastering but was kinda messy - I have small pieces of plaster plus there was plaster on a lot of surfaces that should have been cleaned off.

I previously use Pacific Drain and Plumbing - but I could not find that business anymore. I ended up choose Goettl, and then come to find out that they have taken over the business from pacific drain. Great! They had all my history on file. They scheduled me promptly and sent out a tech to do a free estimate. Adam was great, super friendly and personable. You could tell he really loved what he was doing. He took his time. No rushing. I had them replace three toilet supply lines because I had noticed a bit of corrosion. They gave me a great price (after a little back and forth) and I'm super satisfied!! We also noticed one of my angle stops had some corrosion, so I asked to have that replaced too. Will definitely look to hire these guys again in the future. Thx!

Today we had our 2nd appointment from Goettl this year because we took advantage of the annual Sadie Club program.

Brian Aung was our technician. He was on time, super professional (boot covers on before entering the house and quiet as a mouse while servicing our unit).

We are really happy because we had a lot of questions about the service, but he explained everything well and even showed us the things he looks at to ensure we are catching anything that could go wrong with our HVAC unit.

We really like that he changed our air-conditioning filter inside and even went an extra mile to clean the HVAC on the side of the house with our water hose connected to a nozzle he brought.

If you have air-conditioning (especially a new one) you must sign up for the Sadie Club program with Goettl. This is our 3rd appointment in the last two years and we get the same high-quality professional service every time.

The bigger point is this Sadie Club is worth every penny because it is full service maintenance on your HVAC that prevents more expensive problems in the future.

I recently completed a second project with this company and they consistently have great customer service but more importantly their work is well done. Sergio was one of the techs that cleaned and lined my pipes the first and second time. He does great work!! He answered all my questions, showed me the before and after, and gave me necessary recommendations. I am very happy with everything they've done and will definitely be using them again.

If I could give them no stars I would. I've been trying to get them to fix or replace my water heater for well over a month now and nothing has been done. I've been told the manager was fired paperwork out lost. Waiting for managers approval. Warehouse was closed. Technician is on a Emergency call all day. Can't send somebody else out to install my water heater. So now I'm taking another day off of work again. You guys already got your money now i'm on the back burner. The commercials make it sound all good. But it's been horrible. I wish I could have hot water again.
