We are in the process of selling our place and had several questions from a potential buyer about the hot water heater. Pacific Drain must have come out to our house 3 to 4 times to answer questions and address concerns. Isiah was amazing in fixing an issue that came to light. Very, VERY, satisfied.
Ed was actually earlier than expected. We were really impressed with how polite and friendly he was, he explained what he was going to do after making sure of the service we requested.
He was able to clear the plumbing from the house to the street in less than 45 minutes which included checking his work. He explained the issue on old houses with old iron pipes and that if we ever replace them that we need to add a lining that will prevent this from happening again.

Ed was really a nice change from other times I have contracted a plumbing company - I would recommend these guys to anyone who would need fast and efficient plumbing resolutions,....

Pacific Drain sent Ed O. out to look at a back up in my mother's home today. He identified a clean out, set up his equipment, cleared the stoppage and tested the flow and all in a matter of a half hour or less. I was very impressed with his courteous and professional mannerisms.

We had a problem with our water heater and the gentleman who came out showed up on time, understood the problem, and did a good job of explaining our options. And did not charge us for a service call, which surprised me. Not quite sure what we are going to do yet (repair? replace? live with the problems?) but whenever I need plumbing fixed in the future, I will definitely call Pacific Drain.

Best plumber ever !!! They came out within 30 min of my call and cleared the main line blockage in a few minutes . Nick called to say he was on his way , should arrive in 10 minutes . He did and the lines got cleared quickly . I don't live in Vista but the rental house is there . I was able to pay over the phone and get the tenants drains cleared . Yesterday I called another plumber who said they couldn't clear the lines without the septic first being pumped even though the septic wasn't anywhere near full . So that plumber was a dummy . Thank you Nick and Pacific Drain for your excellent customer service !!!! I can't say enough .

First of all, this company threatened us to take more money if we do not change the bad review. I said if they do a good job, I will change it. They did a decent job and I changed it, but that decent job lasted only 24 hours and the problem was back. The guy from the first job completely disappeared and never answered the calls. Then after some pursuing they sent an amazing guy, and he really did a perfect job. I think their value is three stars. Because they are contracting dozens of plumbers and it is a lottery. You can get a great guy like the last one or you can get a bad one. The idea of employing many plumbers is profitable for sure. And when you call, there will always be someone available. But if they are a good, an average or a bad plumber is pure luck and that's what I was personally not OK with. If you are willing to take the risk, there are really good and really bad ones there, try your luck. My end rating was two stars, one star down for the rating threat.
