Call Pacific Drain & Plumbing, request T R A V I S and then read the rest of this review...... He is AWESOME! I could not have asked for a better professional! We made a phone call, He came over right away, found the problem and FIXED it! He was very patient with me (I was a bit stressed ) and had a very good attitude about having to crawl into an attic that was well over 100 degrees. He was efficient, thorough and very kind (not creepy at all - which is something I've experienced with other companies before; you guys know what I mean). I'm definitely having him replace the kitchen faucet, the bathroom shower heads...blah blah blah. He is fantastic! TRUST ME, I know what I'm talking about. ;)

Sadly, this review has been sitting in my queue waiting for me to finish since January....but better late than never.

We had to call Pacific drain for the 2nd time this year. We had an emergency situation when San Diego got the first big El Niño storm of 2016 in January. A few weeks before, we noticed some pooling in our drains but nothing that caused huge concern as it eventually went down, albeit slowly. We got new gardeners last year and it turns out that they were raking the dirt over the drains so over time, they became packed with debris.

A few weeks later when the heavy rains came, I looked out the window and noticed our entire backyard was flooded and on one side of the house, the water was up against the house. We kept watching it and the water kept rising and threatened to come into the house so my husband and I put on our rain gear and literally started sweeping the water out to the front of the house. It was working but after hours of doing this, we knew we couldn't keep it up. We needed professionals. After calling a few places, we came to the conclusion that we needed to have a jetter system come and push all the mud that was deep in the drains. Several companies didn't even have them available but Pacific Drain was the only one who not only had one but could come out that day.

The poor guy who came was working so hard in the pouring rain. We felt so bad, we kept bringing him warm cups of coffee. Thankfully after much hard work and efforts, the drains became unplugged and the yard began to drain. (whew)

Fast forward a few months later. As luck would have it, when we had a house full of guests, our kitchen drain and one our guest bathroom drains started to clog so we called Pacific Drains once again. They came and took care of business within 30 minutes. It was a simple clog but they were awesome to work with and we really appreciated all their hard work both times.

Pacific Drains is at the top of our list when we run into plumbing issues. Thank you so much for your great services!

Great service, great cleanup and good prices- when you live in an older neighborhood, you need these folks to help you from time to time. They also ended up doing my sewer re-line! Good price, neat, clean and works great! I recommend them to everyone. AND their workers are all very nice.

This post is a little late but I promised I'd write one , it just took a minute due to life getting in the way BUT I have to say that this company really makes plumbing issues easy for you. Troy Abbott was (for the second time) was very personable professional and kind!
If anybody out there REALLY listens to these reviews please contact this company AND ask for Troy , you WONT be disappointed :-).

Sunday morning we woke up to water leaking into our kitchen from our upstairs bathroom. Our friend who had been through the same thing gave us a referral to the company she used. Unfortunately,, the owner had moved out of state. Fortunately, he referred us to Pacific Drain and Plumbing. Troy came quickly and assessed the situation. He immediately realized that we would need water mitigation and referred us to Flood Solutions. They were wonderful and really helped make the best out of a bad situation. Once Troy from Pacific called them in, he went to another service call, after making sure we buckets under all the leaks. He then came back to meet the crew from Flood Solutions. He worked side-by-side with them to remove parts of the ceiling and to reach the leak. Once they found the leak, he capped off the pipes and made sure that this solution had fixed the leak. While waiting for Flood Solutions to give him the go ahead to cap the leak, he gave us suggestions for preventative maintenance for other plumbing in the house. Even after being called out on a Sunday, Troy was so upbeat, funny and gracious. My kids can't wait form him to come back when it is time to make the repair. They thought he must do stand-up comedy on the side. For a Sunday visit, the charges were very reasonable. We will definitely use Pacific Plumbing in the future and hope they send Troy!
