If you have a clogged drain, do not hesistate to call Pacific Drain & Plumbing. They are the experts and got our drain working again (when 3 other plumbers could not). We had a bad clog in our master bath that had stopped up our sinks, jaccuzzi tub, and shower. We were so happy when Randy Shlapfer at Pacific Drain & Plumbing was able to get our drains working again - right away!! He went through the sink, when all the other other plumbers had only tried the shower & tub drains. He explained the situation to us, and also tested our other drains in our house to make sure they were working well. Our kids' shower drain had been sluggish too - and he got that working perfectly as well. I can't recommend Pacific Drain and Randy Shlapfer enough! Randy was very professional, thorough, honest, and quick. So happy to have our bathroom back after a week of it not working!!

Amazing service!!! Had an emergency last Sunday. The answering service answered when I called, asked very thorough questions on call so they had all of the correct information ahead of time eliminating any back & forth confusion with the technician. John, the technician, called me back within 30 min & was at my house 40 min later. He was so polite, honest, quick & efficient fixing our shower handle that we actually had him fix our other shower handle right after because we were already paying for a full hour, might as well use it!! And good thing because that handle was actually put back together by previous owners really poorly with short term fix solutions & we would've had to call a plumber regardless if we had tried to fix ourselves!!! Two birds, one stone & a really good outcome to what was initially a really bad situation (on a Sunday!!) and the best part is I didn't pay a ridiculous amount!! Totally reasonable. Couldn't be happier & will definitely use you again should we have any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you John & Pacific Drain!!

Shawn was great. Worked quickly and efficiently. Fixed our pinhole leak in about 30 minutes and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend. =)

Khalil came out this morning to fix our 1960 something toilet that wouldn't flush anymore. Wouldn't you know, the part he needed to replace was a little difficult to find but he did it! He ran out, got the part and installed it in less than 2 hours! Thanks to Khalil finding the part, we didn't have to replace the toilet!

This guy was professional and had a great attitude. He cared about the job and found an appropriate solution instead of replacement. If we ever need a plumber again, I'm calling this guy!

First, I want to say I had an amazing crew at my home. Aaron, the field supervisor, was friendly, professional, and communicative through the whole process. Thank you Aaron! And the work the other two guys (Victor and his buddy) did in both of my bathrooms was exceptional! They worked very hard to keep the area clean and make sure everything was working top notch and cleaned up before leaving. Thank you so much guys! I am very happy!

This company is the best! We have used them for years to clear out our sewer line and they are always so helpful and understanding. They are reasonably priced and honest ---and we have recommended them to all our neighbors who have had sewer issues because of all the trees here. Everyone loves them. Recently had Pacific Drain and Plumbing fix a leaking dishwasher hose for me. Scheduling was fast and easy, I think Rose helped me. The repair was also fast and efficient (I think it was Troy). I have also used the drain cleaning service (Jerold) which was also fast and efficient. And John A. put in a new water heater for me. Every experience has been first rate. I would certainly use them again without hesitation. (Hope I got all the names right.)
