called Sunday about noon, they were supposed to come today, never texted never got back to us - bad customer service

Apparently this is a large company. I received a call from a woman who said she was the ""marketing rep"". She wanted more info - I said the info is pretty clear - called, got texts, then nothing and never showed. I am the type of person who is clear and precise in my reviews and I feel that I need to have integrity when I review so review stands. I do appreciate the apology which was NOT offered by woman who called.

Troy fixed a leak in our gas fireplace. The leak was at the valve but the space was so tight he was going to have to come through the exterior wall to replace it. He was able to rebuild the valve instead with parts from Furguson and saved us a bunch of money. He even drained and cleaned our front loading clothes washer while he was here at no charge. Really great service. Give PacDrain a call if you need a plumber.

Used Pacific drain again. And as usual they were fast and efficient. Got the problem fixed ASAP and I have referred them to a lot of friends and family and everyone says the same thing. Fast and efficient!! Very reasonably priced! Give them a try for sure!

PR & P just recently replaced a single hot water feed to one unit and now other units have a somewhat complex procedure to get the hot water on:
1. Turn on all hot water faucet on an wait.
2. Just wait for the hot water to come on.
3. Try listening to other unit using their hot water then immediately use your hot water unless it's the bathroom basin faucet which is almost completely useless in standalone.
Shawn was the one who replaced that single HW feed and although he came back out to see why the HW issue was he simply said basically he didn't know why? I emailed him that the HW situation is unacceptable but they simply don't care. The cost: $4100.00. Just completely unacceptable conditions of the hot water availability.

I've been having problems with my tub drain and even though this seems like a mundane problem, Felicia Martinez who took my call, made sure someone came out the same day to take care of it. I was treated with respect and courtesy and as a very important customer. Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to come by and the people at Pacific Drain know exactly how to treat their customers.

I'm so grateful to Bobby for trying to help me problem-solve and for Ray for fixing my problem and offering some helpful advice for the future.

It's comforting to know I won't ever need to look for another plumber again because I will always call Pacific Drain.

I called to thank them for all of their help and spoke to Leslie who sincerely appreciated my call.

Shout out to pacific plumbing excellent customer service!!!! The water in my kitchen went out and within 20 minutes they were at my door. Fixed me right up all while maintaining professionalism, best of all i didnt have to clean up anything as my tech left everything tidy and the pricing was just right!!!!!! Thank you Travis J.

Steven Ernst came out within 30 min of us calling to fix our bath tub issue. He was super nice and very professional. He was able to identify the problem and fix it within an hour. We will definitely be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with our service by this company. We had a blocked drain that caused a backup in both our kitchen sink and washing machine. We called and were able to get a plumber out the same day. Willy was able to fix the problem for an excellent price.
