Really good service! I called them after a no-show issue from another company. Someone came within 2 hours in a rainy day. The one speaking to me on the phone was really nice and patient. I had a fridge pipe leaking issue. Although after checking, I should find a appliance service instead of a plumber service, they didn't charge me anything, and gave me a contact info of an appliance company. I will definitely come back to you next time!

So apparently, the not so warm weather is causing all sorts of plumbing issues around the city - go figure!

When my toilet started to leak out of the blue, I panicked. I knew that my building didn't have weekend maintenance, but I didn't know how much worse this could possibly get. I called just about every highly-rated plumbing service I could. All of which were pleasant, helpful, and super swamped! When I originally called Go-Rooter, I was told there was a 4-hour window for someone to come out, but Juan was at my door in less than an hour. That is what I call emergency service!

Unfortunately, my toilet is an ancient relic and any repairs I would need wouldn't be able to be done until the next day. By that time, my building's maintenance guy will be back on the clock, so I will opt to use him. However, I wanted to publicly note how quickly Go-Rooter and Juan responded to an emergency situation and how his explanation of my issue helped me to make it make sense to my own maintenance man. I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for the best, but Juan's card will be close and should I need a plumbing issue handled, I would absolutely call again!

I called 8 plumbing companies and they were the only one that could come out after hours. They were very professional and gave great customer service. The sewer drain needed to be rodded and cleaned out. They also used a scope to see if there were other issues with the drain. I appreciate you guys.

These guys are fabulous! I had a toilet emergency at our business location and gave them a call since they were close by. They were here within 15 minutes and fixed the problem fast. Juan is responsive and more than fair. He came at 8PM when our ejector pump failed and stayed until 11PM to get it done. It was not a pleasant task, but he did it well and with a good attitude. I called him again to figure out a mysterious leak, and in two seconds he saw that it was coming from the furnace humidifier. We have to call the HVAC people for that. Since he doesn't work on furnace equipment, he didn't even charge us!

Highly recommended. I had giant grease clog that was backing water up into my tenants apartment. Had a few plumbing companies drop by to find and fix it but none could figure out the issue and one even had a malfunctioning auger. Good thing i found Juan on Yelp and found the source of problem. He even provided me a temporary fix. The repairs was a little pricy but reasonable and honest and if they promise the issue will be resolved in 2-3 days they mean it. I also have to compliment them on their cleaness and willingness to take the trash out. Other places I've used would leave trash all over the place for me to clean. Without a doubt Go rooter will be my go to place for plumbing from now on.

After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.
