They arrived 30 mins earlier than the anticipated arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly, were transparent and very reasonable about pricing, but more importantly they cleared a blockage from our condo building that two other plumbing services were unable to clear so quickly. These guys were great, couldn't have had a better response. We had a sudden clogged drain from our hvac condenser and it caused a backup in our utility room and the nearby carpet, so we needed something fast. We placed a lot of requests that night and Alex from Go Rooter was the first to call us back. The same-day emergency charge was steep ($180) but worth getting it handled immediately. Alex was super friendly, explained the issue, how to prevent it, and didn't mind our dog! They offer a 30 day warranty on their work, although I'm not sure what exactly that covers.

We had frozen pipes from the Polar Vortex and it turned out to be a nightmare, as we also discovered the wrong size pipes were run through out the lower level apartment, so there was no water to the 2nd floor apartment as well. Juan and Ivan came out the same we called. They started the next day. They ran new water lines from the main line and we just can't say enough about they're professionalism and excellent quality workmanship. We will definitely call them again if we ever have any plumbing problems. We highly recommend Go-Rooter!

The problem needed to be resolved the day of my call (tenant unit)

Of all the 24/7 plumber service reviews, Go-Rooter reviews convinced me. To my disappointment, three hours later, I received a call back.

Polite answering service takes your information. Next, be prepared for the possibility of waiting three hours for a call back.

My problem was time sensitive: I called back twice. First time, just to get a sense of when someone would call me to explain the problem. Second time to find out if they would be able to dispatch someone today (because if their swamped with work I need to find another company).

Answering service only forwards the message. 3 hours later I got a call but I had retained another company. Simply prepare for the possibility of a 3 hour wait for a call back. Have a plan B.
