We've had an old toilet that we've been meaning to replace for a while. Go Direct had great pricing. When they came out the first time, the toilet we bought wouldn't fit. They measured, let us know right away, told us what to buy, rescheduled for the next day, and didn't charge us for the visit. They were great at getting the job done the next day. Would definitely recommend.

Very competitive pricing (had a special to snake a clogged toilet). I wasn't in a hurry, made an appointment for 2 days later, offered a special that was at least 1/2 of others and REASONABLE (to just get a straw out of toilet!). The tech called the morning of and when on his way, very friendly. Efficient, clean, done.
Will DEFINITELY call again when I need a Plumber!

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Called ""Go Direct & Sewer"" after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.
