I was skeptical of using this company at first only because they did not have many reviews. I ended up reaching out to about five other plumbers about my water heater because it was not producing hot water. I had spoke with a friend who helped me diagnose the problem and told me I needed a new pilot box and gas valve and a plumber to install it. To save money they had told me to contact my water heater company as it was still under warranty and they would send me the parts for free on what needed to be replaced. Once I had the parts, I had reached back out to a few other companies and let them know that I had received the parts and wanted pricing on how much it would be to install them. Go Direct Plumbing was very quick to respond to all of my messages as well and had next day appointments open. By far Go Direct Plumbing was the cheapest option and definitely a very reasonable price for what I needed to have done, other companies quoted me quadruple what they had quoted. Jorge was very nice and respectful of my home and got the job done in a quick matter. He is also very knowledgeable on any questions I had as well and really knows what he is talking about. I am so glad I choose them, I will definitely be using them in the future and will have them back out for any other future plumbing problems. I highly recommend using them!

We've had an old toilet that we've been meaning to replace for a while. Go Direct had great pricing. When they came out the first time, the toilet we bought wouldn't fit. They measured, let us know right away, told us what to buy, rescheduled for the next day, and didn't charge us for the visit. They were great at getting the job done the next day. Would definitely recommend.

Very competitive pricing (had a special to snake a clogged toilet). I wasn't in a hurry, made an appointment for 2 days later, offered a special that was at least 1/2 of others and REASONABLE (to just get a straw out of toilet!). The tech called the morning of and when on his way, very friendly. Efficient, clean, done.

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.
