Highly recommended. Posted about two clogged sinks on Yelp. Felipe responded very quickly with a very reasonable fixed price. He came promptly within a few hours of the posting during the scheduled time window. Not only did he fix both clogs he also found a leak which he also fixed for a very affordable price. I was at work during the entire process and Felipe sent videos and pics of the repair and was great with communication. He also provided an invoice with pics of repair and had several payment options including credit card. I highly recommend Felipe to anyone looking for an honest affordable plumber. Will definitely use Felipe again for all my plumbing needs.

Running toilet with high water bill

My toilet was running day and night and making all types of noises. I did not think anything of it plus did not know how to fix it. I was skeptical in calling someone for help as I know they can be expensive to hire. Eventually, I ended up having to reach out to one as my water bill for the month came back 40 dollars more than usual thanks to the running toilet. I reached out to Felipe and got an answer right away. They were able to accommodate me that same day. The workers were punctual, professional and knew exactly what was wrong with my toilet. They explained to me what was happening and gave me a reasonable price. I shouldn't have waited that long to fix the issue with my toilet but I am glad I chose the right plumbers for the job. Wont be hiring anyone else for my next plumbing problems.

I don't usually leave reviews... but I had to share my experience. I highly recommend GME plumbing and heating service! My boiler completely stopped working and I had no heat in my home. Felipe did an outstanding job replacing a malfunctioning boiler and also replacing black rusty pipes with a new copper system (see attached pictures). He was not only professional and punctual but also demonstrated exceptional honesty in his work. He's the kind of plumber you can fully trust. Felipe did such a clean job, and my house is now comfortably warmed up again! He is super attentive to detail too. I'm beyond happy and satisfied with the work done. I won't call anyone else for plumbing! Excellent work, honest, and amazing value.

We had a leaky toilet in our upstairs bathroom that was messing with a renovation we were doing in the bathroom below. Felipe and another worker came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. Price was very fair and the work is great. Definitely hanging onto their info for future issues.

Felipe was amazing! I put a project quote up on Yelp and he quoted a fixed price. He showed up within the time window, was polite and friendly, and then started trying to figure out what was wrong with my fancy TOTO toilet that was making it run constantly.

He and his parter worked for a while, then came out and said that a part needed to be replaced. Holding up the funky exotic TOTO part, and asking if it's okay if they come back in 45 minutes.

I had to run out, but left instructions on how to get into my apartment, and decided to trust them to come in and do what's needed.

Well! They found the replacement part, came back, replaced the part, and relocked up the place perfectly, then sent me the invoice.

I'm used to getting the run around from other plumbers, so honestly, I was bracing for some ""Oh, the replacement part- that's gonna cost ya!"". I mean, also instead of it being a less than one hour job, they ended up having to spend a couple hours and drive around manhattan getting the part.

Wellllll, get this. Felipe stuck to his original quoted price. Not a dollar more! He said, ""I told you I'd fix it for that price"".

It's kinda sad that I just expect that someone is going to try and cost me extra, but- wow.

I'm never using a different plumber again, and neither should you!

Wanted to share a positive experience in terms of timely response to an emergent situation. I had a water heater issue after a recent flash flooding and needed support asap, considering I had 2 young kids urgency was critical. The team responded shortly after and delivered a repair the next day (a Sunday no less) with professionalism, transparency and focus ensuring we got the issue resolved at a fair price.

Would certainly recommend this team and plan to seek them out for any future projects based on this positive experience.
