Great experience - I'd distractedly placed a scouring pumice stone on the top of the toilet while cleaning; it fell in as the toilet was flushing, and got stuck in the toilet trap. I tried and failed to remove it, and eventually gave up and decided to call a professional. I went with GME because of Felipe's prompt responses and flat rate quote. He was able to come over quickly, and solve the issue efficiently without pulling the toilet(!), and below the flat rate price he quoted (paid securely online). A really excellent and stress free plumbing experience!

My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Felipe responded immediately, asked for a picture of the unit, gave me a quote and came to my home same day. Very professional and and did a great job. I then needed a new bathroom faucet and tub spout. Felipe returned a day later and replaced the faucet and spout.

I had the opportunity and time to explore several plumbing and heating service and they were among the cheapest. I went with one that I could afford and agreed to dispose of the old water heater. Best of luck to them.

I'd like to share what a great experience I had with Felipe today- owner of the GME Plumbing & Heating.
Over the weekend, I finally made up my mind to go ahead fixing toilet leakage which I had been put off for past few years.
Among several other competitors in Yelp, not only he responded first(less than a few min) he was the most courteous, competent & reasonable(fee).
Several years ago, I had hired the illegitimate general contractor (my neighbor's friend) to do the bathrooms renovations. I get what I paid for.

I found out today from Felipe, they used the temporary sealing(sponge) underneath my toilet. Plastic film ripped & it started to leak.
So, when the toilet handle got stuck water was constantly running inside the bowl then, it leaked down to the 1st fl ceiling.
Felipe replaced it with 2 set of waxes & sealed it carefully.
Not only he did fine work but, cleaned himself afterwards!
He's coming this Friday to fix other plumbing issues I have in my house.
I don't leave a review normally but, I couldn't resist today.
