Not a good experience. I've felt the need to write one of these on several occasions, but always back out because my time is more valuable. You all probably know the feeling and after a couple of days, you just let it go.

When you take advantage of a 99-year-old WW-2, Korean War, Vietnam
veteran, then it's time for that father's son to step up and let everyone know how you do business. I will make a long story short.
I tried to make it clear to your office that the day after Thanksgiving is not a holiday and I did not state this drain to be cleared an emergency. Yet, you stated to me that you only were handling emergencies because your office was closed. If your office was closed who answered the phone! I don't know about the rest of the world, but just because your office is closed doesn't make it a holiday or emergency when in fact I tried to point out ""it is not a holiday and I (twice) said this is not an emergency.""
All I was concerned with was getting the drain cleared asap. I feel taken advantage of and I don't want you to feel the same way.

When it comes to my plumbing needs, there is no doubt that my ""go to"" guys are GM Plumbing. They are prompt, professional, very clean when it comes to their work area... I can't express the gratitude I have for them; they've worked long hours at my buildings just to assure my residents were left in safe conditions. Thank you so much GM! You guys rock!!! :)

We had some significant work done by the team at GM plumbing . Every person who came to work at our house was friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend them more when you need more than what the neighborhood plumber can do.

We have, as of today, used GM Plumbing Corp. twice. The first time, my parent's kitchen sink had a leaky faucet, so they bought a new faucet, and needed it installed. My Mom doesn't remember the name of the plumber who helped, so we're going to call him ""Mr. Awesome Plumber"" for this story, well Mr. Awesome Plumber came to the rescue, he successfully installed the new faucet, and because the layout of the sink had to be adjusted to accommodate the new faucet, he made the necessary arrangement so all the pieces fit properly. And Mr. Awesome Plumber even cleaned the old glue or bonding from the previous faucet, and he made sure to clean his own work space and gather the packaging trash.
Now today, Will (thank goodness I'm writing this now because I would forget his name and make up another plumber superhero) came through. This morning my parent's upstair's bathroom toilet handle broke, and Will came earlier then the quoted expected time, which is always my favorite, he fixed the problem quickly, and he cleaned his work space, wiped down the toilet where he made the handle changes, and gathered all the packaging trash.
Both plumbers were friendly, professional, and worked quickly.
Definitely will use this team again.

Jayson and Enrique came within the 2 hour time frame and even called prior to arrival. They quoted me a good price for the work we needed based on my research of the issue we had. They did a thorough job unblocking both our bathroom sinks and replacing our plastic pipes to prevent future blockage. They were very professional. I highly recommend G M Plumbing.

We had an issue with our bath faucet stem valve & sink faucets. They came thru on short notice and replaced everything very efficiently. Jason went the extra mile explaining the process and giving us the options to pick from. Definitely an outfit to call with your plumbing needs.

Philip and Will are great! Honest, reliable, and they are the only plumbers I have ever used that didn't push a job out for 2 weeks unless I would pay an emergency surcharge. They did great gas leak repair and plumbing work on a home I had just moved into. They were so good, I now use their service at four schools I oversee, as well.

We had a pipe break in our bathroom behind the wall, this caused a lot of problems, not the least of which was the need to have some 1970s mickey mouse'd cast iron piping replaced.

We'd initially gotten a quote from Mr. Rooter. $3200.

Next, we got a quote from Fitzgerald Plumbing: $1400. We decided to go with this business.

All that being said, I wanted to post my experience with Will Worthey. He'd came the next day after Fitzgerald plumbing came with the estimate. Quite honestly, it was a matter of timing - Will came in under the quote, and was very trustworthy, and detailed in the work that he would have performed. I wanted to put this review up for anyone considering going with this company - I would have chosen Will and GM Plumbing in a heartbeat were it not for an equally honest appraisal from Fitzgerald. I told Will that I'd already agreed to have the work done, but that I would keep him and his company on hand for future plumbing needs.

Will, and his company are the answer to ""does anyone have a good plumber they can recommend?"". Honest, thoughtful, and affordable. Thanks Will for your time!

It was a holiday weekend.
He was on time & on the same day.
Fixed it for a reasonable rate.
