We have used Tatum Septic for ten years to pump our tanks. They have always been easy to communicate with. Recently, they put in a new leach field for us and we could not have asked for a better outcome! They pulled permits for us and were in and out in one day! They even brought the sod. It looks amazing and we could not recommend them more highly.

my cousin had thier septic tank pumped and were told it was full of dirt... I dug up the tank to inspect it... I have tried to get answers from this company but all I get is voicemail and no return calls... I couldn't recommend this company. the front tank lid was opened and not resealed which let's rain water and dirt get in the tank...

Man do I appreciate good customer service. After having to deal with another company that wasted my day I was worried. But this company showed up on time, has no issues with dirt roads, had enough man power, and we're so knowledgeable and nice to me. They identified the problem I was having very quickly and checked everything else to make sure I wasn't going to have any unwanted surprises. It turned out I had dirt in my septic and they got the right equipment out in no time. It was very hard work and time consuming but they stayed pleasant and worked very hard all afternoon.
