Unfortunately we had to replace our drain field and since we have used Glen Tatum to pump out our septic tank in the past and they had replaced the drain field for my son, I called them and got a very competitive quote. After obtaining the permit they came quickly and did a VERY professional job with attention and care to the landscaping and sprinkler system, completing it the same day. Other than the grass none of the bushes, trees or sprinkler system was damaged! Compared to my neighbors who used other companies and had a lot of work to do afterwards, I was very impressed with Glen and his team. I highly recommend Glen Tatum Septic. The owner is also hands-on and made sure a quality job was done. Thanks Glen!!

my cousin had thier septic tank pumped and were told it was full of dirt... I dug up the tank to inspect it... I have tried to get answers from this company but all I get is voicemail and no return calls... I couldn't recommend this company. the front tank lid was opened and not resealed which let's rain water and dirt get in the tank...

Man do I appreciate good customer service. After having to deal with another company that wasted my day I was worried. But this company showed up on time, has no issues with dirt roads, had enough man power, and we're so knowledgeable and nice to me. It really put me at ease knowing I wasn't going to have to battle it out trying to get some help. I really highly recommend Glenn Tatum Septic. They identified the problem I was having very quickly and checked everything else to make sure I wasn't going to have any unwanted surprises. It turned out I had dirt in my septic and they got the right equipment out in no time. It was very hard work and time consuming but they stayed pleasant and worked very hard all afternoon. This company was recommended to us by our plumber. As a side note, be aware that the company's Facebook page is out of date. My wife sent a message via FB and when she didn't hear back she checked the FB page and it hadn't been updated for five years. Plus the phone listed had a digit wrong. Once she called the correct number, he got right back to us and arranged to come out the next day. He pumped out the septic tank and found a potential problem with it (normal for this 70-year old house). The bottom line is that if the problem reoccurs we will have to replace the entire septic tank and field. So he gave us an estimate of that to give us some idea. Maybe it won't come to that - we can hope! Pumping it out was fairly expensive, just under $300, but if we can avoid replacing the entire system, even having the done once or twice a year would seem cheap by comparison. We'll see.

We have used Tatum Septic for ten years to pump our tanks. They have always been easy to communicate with. Recently, they put in a new leach field for us and we could not have asked for a better outcome! They pulled permits for us and were in and out in one day! They even brought the sod. It looks amazing and we could not recommend them more highly.

The appointment was easy to make, and they were able to come out the next business day.
