Bad experience. I had problems with a water line at my home, they were able to send someone and fix the problem. After they left I noticed that my Jackery portable battery was missing from my garage. That really sucks.

They were great with communication, and the finished work is quality (our water no longer has sentiment and our drains remove the water quickly). Gladiator also made the permit process easy, which we appreciated. Our project had a couple of hiccups along the way, and Gladiator was quick to send Julio or someone from the team to help. Gladiator Repipe did an amazing job in repairing and remodeling my shower room and sheetrock repair for my neighbor's shower room.
My downstair neighbor reported leaky shower ceiling. A plumber was called in, who did a bad job in removing the tile connecting shower drain, and broke shower waterproofing seal of my shower room. That plumber also gave an outrages price in repairing the shower room. Then I contacted Gladiator Repipe through referral.
The owner Brian Bailey is quite thoughtful and reasonable in giving the proposal and quotation. Brian and his team is prompt in response and actions. They are also skillful. In a few days they completed shower room remodeling and repair, and sheetrock patching for my downstair neighbor.
Overall, Gladiator Repipe provide good quality and price service, and they are trusty.

Recently my tankless water heater failed. After searching for a company to do repairs on it, I had 3 different plumber's bids and service appointment options. After getting confirmation that their service man would be able to roll over the job into Saturday if needed, I cancelled the other plumbers who could work Saturday and paid Gladiator $59 up front. The appointment was locked at 2 to 3 arrival on Friday. When the plumber showed up at approximately 4pm, it seemed he didn't know what he was doing. He stared at the parts I had laid out, looked at some of the instructions, and made calls. I was concerned and thought he didn't have the skills needed. Then he told me it would... 1. Cost about $600 more than my other estimates. 2. Could not be completed that day, 3. They would not come back Saturday, and 4. COULDN""T BE SCHEDULED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. After a few calls to the office who had made the commitments, they told me they wouldn't do what they promised.
My recommendation is to not do business with this company.

We hired these guys for a city clean out including permits. They were efficient when they came out to do the bid, fast to start, and did a good job on tbr work.

The only mistep was they closed up the dig before realizing they didn't have the inspection and so they had to dig it up again. However the inspection happened shortly after and they closed it up so everything worked out. They were also apologetic.

That being said, they have decent prices and do a good job so that's most important.
