Noor and Alex are amazing and very professional did a fantastic job on our rain shower and drain. They also checked our low water pressure, which was due to the electric water heater that was not working correctly I was unaware that these water heaters required maintenance every 6-months to keep the water pressure normal. In addition, they are going to do an overhaul on the unit since we've had this electric water heater for over 4-years and had no maintenance done as required and we were never informed from the previous plumbing service that installed the unit that this maintenance was required every 6-months. As well as the exhaust system for the electric water heater that is corroding and needs to be replaced. They also do drywall and other helpful handyman projects, which is very helpful to myself, which is not my forte. I highly recommend Gladiator they can do everything that is required as a plumbing service and as well as handyman service. One stop shop! Thanks Noor and Alex.

This is a follow up to my previous review. I still give Noor the thumbs up. He called ahead of time to confirm he would be onsite to start the work and was on-time. First day in, he was able to pull out the snake that was stuck in the pipe. So he was pretty accurate in his assumption of where the snake was located and what it might be stuck on. Kudos to him for being able to resolve problem #1. Problem #2 was there was still a clog in the pipe. He came out day 2 with his snake to clear the line. In doing so, he pulled out another huge root that was growing in our pipes. After that the water flowed through the pipe as expected. Day 3, Noor came out to complete the installation of the clean out and clean up the area. He did a fantastic job. I would recommend Gladiator, specifically Noor, in the future as they were able to resolve my plumbing problems with someone who was knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage. Thank you Noor!

AMAZING WORK!! I got 4 bids on repipe project but these guys blew everyone else away!! First off James came for the estimate and was very prepared and professional. He asked tons of questions and went thru different options before writing up his estimate right there! I didn't have to wait at all. He had a folder with all the information on the products, warranty and quality of materials. He offered the following:
* Warranty
* They are diamond certified so they have tons of insurance if anything were to happen
* Copper plumbing is top of line in the USA so you don't have to worry you may need to do this again!
* One day installation since he has a huge team who can get it all done that day! Everyone else was quoting me 2 days
* Price was reasonable compared to others and I believe you get what you pay for!
* He has a check list of what to do day before and day! I loved that!

The team showed up right on time and were very professional. They finished at 5:00 as promised. My house was clean with shiny new pipes, water heater and pump. The drywall work was 2 days after and everything was patched and looked very nice with texture. They pulled all the permits and took away all the old materials and scheduled everything. There was some dust but it was not bad.
Thanks James and team for giving me hot water again and water pressure to enjoy some nice shower and bath time again

Gladiator replaced the sewer line in my 60 year old house in May 2016. The quote, guarantee, and work were good. But, there was a problem with my sprinklers having very low pressure after Gladiator replaced the pipe. Gladiator came out 2x to check the sprinklers and determined it was not due to their work, but instead I had too many sprinklers on a single line. What I knew is that the sprinklers worked for 11 years before they came out and did not work after....a bit too much of coincidence for me. Since Gladiator was unwilling to help, I had my gardener come see what he could do; he also felt I had too many sprinklers on one line, so I ok'd $500 for him to split the sprinklers across 2 lines. After doing the work, the water pressure was still not working well, and we noticed it was bad in the backyard also. Since my gardener was unable to fix the problem, I arranged for a professional irrigation company to come out and see what the problem was; before the irrigation company came out, my gardener rechecked everything and found the problem...Gladiator had not fully opened the water line after their work; once my gardener opened the line fully, the sprinklers in front and back worked great.

I think Gladiator did good work replacing the sewer line, but they get 2 stars from me for their inability to diagnose such a simple problem, and causing me extra work and money.

They are simply amazing! I hired them to repipe the whole house. They did an excellent job. I worked with Yuri, he was very responsive through out the project. Jose was project lead on the day of installation. He is also very nice person to work with. Installation team was very professional, they came on time and finished on time. Over all I'm very happy with their work.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Great work, very thorough. Very professional and friendly and punctual. They came out to fix a broken water pipe and they made a bad situation much better experience. Highly recommended them!!! My contact person was Yuri and he was incredible to deal with and patiently answered my million question. He also came out to make sure everything was going ok during the process!
