Repipe is a big deal, so I extensively researched and decided to go with Gladiator Repipe compony.

I'm so glad I found them. They are amazing and hardworking bunch of people. They are located in San Jose, but came all the way to Oakland everyday. Since I don't know anything about repiping I asked so many questions to the project manager, Yuri, he answered every single question/request properly, and made my life easier by being flexible.

And....plus, they are Diamond Certified, which is a great comfort knowing that they've done the work right.

Great work! So let's start with the estimate. I called four plumbing companies and they are by far the most detailed and through estimate of all of them. One company never sent and estimate and another gave an estimate 2x higher than I paid for Gladiator. James came by for the estimate and took his time explaining what needed to be done and also why things needed to be done. So it was a pretty easy choice to select them. So the day came for the repipe and an army of guys showed up, they completed the replacement in one day. During the repipe they found the waste lines were also needing to be replaced (pipes were corroded and leaking), so got the additional estimate that day and they scheduled me for the following day to replace those lines. So in two days I had all new plumbing in the house (60 yr old house with original pipes). Also the guys that came in and did the patching of the drywall, amazing work they textured the patches so it matched exactly what was there before. Other than having to paint the patches you can't tell there was a hole there before.

So if you're looking for quality work these are the guys to call. They are not the cheapest, but but do tremendous work in a short period of time.

We used Gladiator Repipe for our re-piping project late last year. We were extremely impressed from first contact to the last.

The work crew is a well-oiled machine: fast, competent and always on time. They were very respectful of us and our home.

James was always available to us and on-site daily. He followed through on all our questions and requests.

Just a couple of days ago, we started noticing a backup to the toilet when we ran the washing machine. We called Gladiator Repipe for a consultation. James was not sure whether the issue was related to their work or not (it wasn't), but immediately reassured us that they would be accountable if our issue was secondary to the re-piping project. One of the workers came to the house and helped us work through the issue at no charge to us.

I love the Yelp quotes tool. It's so easy to send out a note to 6 of the top rated companies and then wait for people to call you back.

1 minute after I sent out the request, Noor called me back. He was extremely professional and polite on the phone, and quickly scheduled time to come take a look for us around our availability.

Our appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. I'll update more, but for now, Noor gets 5 stars in my books!

Job Description: Extend new gas line from one end of the house to other for Gas Range.

Joe came in and gave quotes for gas line along with BTU calculations. As per quote and timeline their team came in on time and did the job.

Post job all area was cleaned up.

Homedepot was not able to install new gas stove, but Joe came in ,installed it and also advice us to change electric outlet.

Overall very good service. We use them again when required and definitely recommend them.

My house needed a repipe, I called the top 3 rated repipe companies on Yelp. Spoke with someone named Yuri. All 3 got back to me promptly, but Gladiator was the only one that didn't show up for the scheduled estimate, and no phone call either. So I went elsewhere. I'm kind of surprised with all the positive reviews. Oh well, maybe I'll give them another try when I need another repipe in about 30 years.

All the positive reviews are right! Gladiator was recommended to me by a leak detection specialist who found the source of my high water bills -- a failed main line pipe by shutoff valve on the house foundation. James contacted me within hours and explained the possible issues and solutions, including repair vs. replacement options. His technicians were on-site the next day, two hours earlier than expected. Friendly, attentive, prompt, professional and competent...Can't ask for more.

Update: just wanted to do a quick update and mention that it seems like this company no longer does regular plumbing jobs and is exclusively a repiping company now (I asked for a quote for several issues in my home and never heard back). So my original review below doesn't really mean as much except for their nice service.

James was referred by our leak detection agent and he was very easy to work with. His team came out the next day and re-piped our main service line to our house all in one day. Really appreciated the fast work since our eroded pipes were driving our water bills crazy. Thank you!
