Well what can I not say good about this company. Julio the owner is so nice & helpful. I mean who will face time when you're in need of help. Maybe some idk but he's great not to mention his sons Christian & Oscar. The customer service is just great. Always on time & reliable. They have been doing work for us for years but consistently always been nice & appears always sincere to help. They get busy but yet they always try to make it to help you !! And what else can I say he's Italian a plus for me but besides that all there work has been done right. I really do recommend them !! They saved us several times. Water damage is no joke sadly

I called Giulio today after getting referral from my dentist for a slow tub drain. Christian and a helper came two hours later and fixed the problem in 45 minutes at a very reasonable price.

Applause! I will never use another plumber. Called late last night fir a non emergency and got back to me within minutes. Made the appointment for the following morning. (Today) he was in and out within an hour and a third of the price I was quoted elsewhere. Also fixed my garbage disposal and showed me how to do it in the future and left me the tool to do it. Highly highly recommend. Not to mention what a friendly guy. So happy my neighbor recommended them to me:)

OSCAR LONGO, from GL Rooter Service Plumbing, came to my house on Jan. 23, '23 to install my new water filter in the kitchen. I thought it was just going to be the usual 20 minute installation of the filter. OMG!! Who would have known that the tiny plastic gadgets that he had to connect to the other parts of the new filter were so worn out. Oscar certainly did more than we all thought was going to be necessary. His name Oscar describes everything: his omniscient, sagacious, creative, audacious, and remarkable approach got rid of all the leaks within the 2 1/2 hours it took to successfully complete the installation. I have never seen anyone so patiently stick to what had to be done, no matter how long it was going to take to achieve the best results. Bravissimo to you Oscar for a job extremely well done!

We just used this company again & I have to say honestly he's just a nice guy & couldn't ask for anymore. He helped my parents with some piping. Kept my parents & I informed that he we close by etc. Did a great job & looked like he really cared when it came to detail. I could be just biased but it's the Italian in him . Highly recommend!

Called GL Rooter because my sewer drains were running slower and slower. I thought I merely needed them snaked out. Chris broke the bad news to me gently --the cast iron pipes, now almost 60 years old, were so corroded that the only thing holding them together was probably the dirt they were buried in. Needed to be totally replaced. It was a nightmare of a job--all of the pipes are totally under the very cramped crawl space. It was a 2-day job because they had to be dug out by hand. Chris was so kind, very professional, and knowledgeable that he made this ordeal bearable. I have used GL Rooter in the past for other plumbing problems & always been very impressed by the high quality work they do. Highly recommended.
