Charlie and Mars were prompt (on site within an hour of calling), courteous and quickly got down to business to clear my mainline stoppage. They had to dig up and replace the clean-out in my yard. Requested a quote through yelp. Got a response quickly saying they will call me shortly. That call never came. I contacted them again through yelp. They responded with a phone call and apologize for being so busy that they forget who they've contacted. I was then told they would have someone call me to schedule a visit at my house to give an estimate. I had my wife reschedule her day to be home for this estimate. They never called again. A customer should never have to work this hard to get a company to take their money!

I remodeled my kitchen counter and got a new kitchen sink and was hoping to keep my faucet, but about a month in it started leaking. Called GL, and Giulio and Christian took a look and quickly determined there was not enough room for the old 3-piece faucet. They explained in terms I could understand (not easy) what was happening and why they were recommending the solution they offered. I followed their advice; purchased a single piece faucet and scheduled them back to install. In both cases, they not only came on time, they were early! The install went off without a hitch. They were quick, friendly and accommodating. When they were done, I asked them about a problem I was having with my bathroom sink and they took the time to explain (again in terms I could understand) what was happening and to review the options I had and give me a recommendation. Through the process their solid experience was so obvious. They weren't guessing and going by trial and error like the nightmare plumbers who initially re-installed the faucet. Christian knew exactly what to do. It's a pleasure to work with plumbers so helpful and competent.
