I got home from a trip and my garbage disposal stopped working. I yelped and found Gizmo. The response for a quote was on time and it was New Years day! The owner came out the next day, explained the problem and fixed it! He did recommend I need a new garbage disposal but not at this time. He recommended to use it until it ""dies"" and he can come back to replace a new one. He also looked at my other plumbing concerns for my townhome. I feel he is sincere and I will definitely contact him again. Very professional and understands home etiquette! He took off his shoes when he came in! Thank you and I hope you continue with your business integrity! I am definitely an apprciater!

Addendum 7/10/2020: I called Steve again to replace the garbage disposal unit. He predicted correctly from the Jan 2020 visit. He changed the whole thing in 30mins and left my kitchen spotless. His price is also amazing. I am a fan of his work.

This is the first time we used his service. Steve came even earlier than the appointed time. He was very professional,friendly and honest.
He fixed the main problem on the leaking kitchen sink, he fixed the minor intermittent leak on the toilet and he adjusted the slightly noisy shower door. All in less than half hour and the great thing about all this, is that he did NOT charged for the jobs, Amazing!! He just wanted to hear "" Thank You !!"" You have our sincere gratitude, Steve! Steve, the owner was very professional and efficient. He is knowledgeable, friendly and provided exceptional customer service both times. Above all, he is honest and reliable. He takes the time to explain the problem and how he plans to solve it. He charges minimal fee for professional work. During COVID-19, he came with protective gears and kept social distance as he communicated with me. You can count on Steve to be on time. Got a huge garbage disposal leak and wanted it replaced immediately; I got my 10+ years use out of it. Found Steve on Yelp, called him, answered, set up appointment for the next morning, gave me a reasonable quote for labor only and had my sink back to normal in less than 24 hours!! Gizmo's Drain Service is the best plumbing service I have found in the last 20 plus years. I called up and spoke to Steve and he was out to fix my clogged drains (turned out to be a clogged sewer line) the same morning. His prices are fair and his work and advice are excellent.

He is patient, efficient, and very professional. He has a great work ethic and stands behind his work with a guarantee included in his very fair estimate (unlike most other plumbers who will not provide any work guarantee or will only provide one for an additional fee).

I am very pleased with Gizmo's Drain Service and will call Steve for any future plumbing needs. I will also be glad to recommend him to all my friends who are homeowners or landlords.

Steve was very responsive and did exactly what he said he would do. The price was good and certainly much better than others who say they will charge around the same but then add on other fees after they arrive. I would call Gizmo's again the next time a problem comes up.
