Where do I even begin?? After having 10 years of various plumbing problems and using several different plumbers with prices and level of service all over the map I found Gizmo on yelp and decided to trust the good reviews and meet up with Steve. Steve was honest, straightforward and knowledgeable from the start. It was clear that he was interested in making sure our plumbing needs were taken care of for the long term and building a relationship with a customer rather than robbing us blind and moving on.
Here I am weeks later with all new copper pipes and perfectly working drains. Very happy to have met Steve with Gizmo. I've also refer him to friends who have been happy with his work as well! Thank you Steve!!

After reviewing several nearby plumbing services, I decided to use Gizmo Drain Service. I spoke to Steve and he was on time (early) and honest. He started work immediately and was knowledgeable about what to do. He explained the situation and the cause. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me a 30 day warranty on his service.

If you are looking for someone who is honest, professional, and reasonably priced, use Gizmo's. I'm probably shooting myself in the foot because I foresee that his business will grow, and then I will have a hard time booking his service in the future, but Steve deserves this review. I will definitely use his services for my future needs.

I started with a yelp estimate request and Steve replied right away. Gave an estimate to my description and made an appointment to come the next morning. He arrived on time, slightly early in fact! He asked questions, got right to work, and fixed it. Price was the same as the estimate because he fixed what we described. On top of that he gave us a lot of very good advice on general home maintenance. Not only have we found a plumber that can fix our current problem, but we found our forever plumber!! Steve is amazing, prompt, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he loves doing what he does, and does an amazing job. I will most definitely call him again whenever I need more plumbing work to be done, and I will pass on his information whenever someone is in need of a plumber.

We called Steve to add a new water line for the fridge in our new home. Along the way he discovered that the pipe he needed to work on was beyond repair and provided us a quote to do the job. We first wanted to see if it was covered by our home warranty. The warranty technician suggested the same repairs, said it was not covered and gave me a quote that was considerably higher than Steve's. I dealt with the warranty company for three days and got nowhere. Desparate for running water in our kitchen, we contacted Steve again and he was able to come out the following day to do the repairs timely and for a much lower price than quoted with the company contracted with the home warranty. He also added the line to the fridge.

From my interaction with him, Steve has been professional, understanding and honest. We will definitely contact him for any future plumbing needs.

I just had Steve resolve my drain problem on my 90 year old house.
He was on time, reliable and honest. He charged me exactly what he quoted me the night before.

I have had other drain service companies come out and try to sell me more services like camera and sewer location. When I told these other companies that I am an engineer who was managed multi-million dollar large sewer rehabilitation contracts they changed their tone and stopped trying to sell me additional services that I did not need.

Steve fixed my sewer drain quickly and I will definitely use him in the future for all my plumbing needs. It is nice to have access to a honest and knowledgeable professional plumber.

Hands down the best plumber out there...and I've hired a lot of plumbers in my life. Never a charge to come out for an estimate (when a lot of plumbers charge $75-150 for nothing more than driving to your house). Gizmo is always on time, and for as busy as he is, he doesn't make you wait when you call for help. Price is more than fair, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is completed properly. I moved about 14 months ago and I've hired him no less than a dozen times to fix and update things. New gas lines, replaced old tank water heater with a new tankless water heater, new copper lines, fixed drains and mainline drains...the list goes on. Call Gizmo!

I had wonderful services performed by Steve! Will highly recommend. My toilet at my condo in the Americana
was running constantly, my tub was not draining oroperly and my garbage disposal was leaking under the sink..the first company I called (total ripoff)came in with an I pad ( no working plans just for an estimate) and gave me a ridiculous quote $$$$

Very capable honest and a very fair price. He actually came in with a drain snake since I had told him earlier about the tub drain issue. He got on his knees opened the drain cap and found a small plastic toy that was clogging the drain. I would have never known and he could have still snaked the tub drain and he could have easily charged me for that.He instead took out that plastic by hand and said this was the whole problem! To me this honesty was commendable. He also fixed the running toilet and changed the garbage disposal in no time and a very reasonable cost. I will recommend him highly.
