Steve is a true salt-of-the-earth type of guy. He's honest, knows what he's doing, and extremely personable. He came out to take a look at my garbage disposal. He tinkered with some weird looking tool and got it working in a flash. When I asked him how much, he just asked me for a thank you and an account of my experience with him on Yelp.

I've also had him come out previously bc of a leak under my kitchen sink. He's been my go-to plumber ever since. Highly recommend.

Steve is the best. I've used him several times in the past and he has always helped me out bigtime. My issue today was a clogged kitchen sink that was so backed up it was causing water to come out into my bathtub. I called Steve and explained the problem. He couldn't come for a few days, but we set an agreed upon time and he showed up right on time. He was polite and very honest and knowlegable about what was wrong. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. He snaked the line, which cleared everything up. He also explained how my pipes are very old and would eventually need to be replaced, but he didn't put any pressure on me and allowed me to decide when I can afford to do that. His prices are always very reasonable, which really helps us out considering the tough financial situatiuon we are in. He even gave me a 30 day guarentee and said he would snake the line for free if this happened again within 30 days. No question I will use him again for any plumbing problems I have.

Steve you did it again! Knocked me off my socks when my elderly Mom backyard sprung a leak and the whole water main shut down leaving her with no water on a Sunday evening. You were there within an hour and able to repair on short notice. I cannot say enough how Steve earns the 5+ star review with his courteous, friendly, talented and caring service. So, a couple of days ago, I noticed water coming up from the ground near the water shut off. I decided that since the rains of March 2023 had been at an all time high that I would keep an eye on it.
After two days of no rain and the puddle of water coming up near the old sprinkler system growing larger, I came to the realization that it was time to call in a professional and this wasn't like installing a new faucet. Lol.
Anyhow, I found Steve from yelp and called him up.
He came by the next morning and was able to ascertain that there was a leak at the sprinkler system due to (ominous music) galvanized steel. He capped off the sprinkler as per my request and was really detailed in explaining everything to me and walking me through it which I really appreciated.
When I messaged him later about advice on what I needed to do to replace an old hose spigot, he came by the following morning - double checked everything from the previous day and installed a new spigot/hose bib.
He is a true mensch. Steve is a good guy through and through. He does thorough work and brings good energy with him. If you have plumbing issues or anything of that nature, I totally recommend him!

He was helpful, nice and polite and didn't charge me anything for any consulting (he said a review here is a good enough) but I can't thank him enough.

He looked at our leaking issues and quickly identified the problem. We had a poorly sealed bathroom and he told me what to do next to fix the issue.

I would 10/10 use him again. Like my bathroom can blow up and pipes explode and he would be the first person that comes to mind. (I hope that day won't happen but hey I know who to call)

Gizmo's drain service is the BEST plumber out there. He's communicative, highly knowledgeable, an excellent problem-solver, prompt, superbly clean in his work (as an Asian household, he takes off his shoes when entering your house, which is an absolute plus) AND he's the best priced plumber I've ever encountered. I will forever recommend him to any and all people and shout it from the roof tops. I'm not even slightly exaggerating here.

I had a 2 week long battle with a sewer cap that got stuck in our 4 unit condo association's old corroded (never maintained) pipes. He worked hard to snake and camera multiple times, come back multiple times with different solutions, and was so patient, kind, empathetic, fair, and completely trustworthy throughout the entire time. It was mentally draining to deal with cleaning human fecal matter coming up the tubs and showers every 3 - 4 days, toilets overflowing, and uncooperative neighbors. Over that 2 week period of time, I had called multiple different plumbers to come help the situation before Steve was able to fix the issue. Every other plumber's suggestion was to break into the floors of each unit in order to take out sections of main sewer pipe. Once Steve was able to gain access to our mentally ill neighbor's front unit, he was able to push the cap out successfully and save the day. I HIGHLY recommend Gizmo's drain service.

Noticed my main sewer line was backing up in to a planter this morning. Called Steve first thing. He said he was available this very afternoon. Steve was able to make it earlier than expected, which was great. He resolved the issue in about 30 mins and at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? When you have a plumbing issue, Steve is all you need! Thanks again, Steve!

Steve came a day after Christmas to help unclog our kitchen and laundry drain. He's very good at what he does and knows a lot more. Explained everything in easy and simple to understand words. He said he's been doing this for 40 years or more so the depth of expertise shows in his work. He was even kind enough give me a lint trap to attach to the end of my washer hose (something I didn't know about until today lol), coz we don't really pay attention to what drains out of the washer until the drain gets clogged. I highly recommend his services. For what I paid to get the job done, I'd say it's reasonable. We already talked about another project which will need his expertise, in January. Thanks Steve!

Steve came out promptly and charged me fairly for a 15 minute fix, that another fellow was gonna rip me off and charge me quadruple the price. Shop round folks, but gizmo Stephanie most definitely is a good act to call on!

I had a clogged sewer line at my house. Steve answered my call late at night and let me know he was booked up for the night - as was everyone else I called. I had him come in the morning and he was prompt and affordable. He arrived right at the beginning of the time range he provided. He quickly unclogged my sewer line with only a 2"" cleanout which other plumbers do not always have on hand. Steve and his partner wore masks and were polite and efficient and left my house looking like it did when they arrived. Steve provided a reasonable estimate on some possible future work without any attempt at upselling as I have received in the past. I will be a return customer for any future plumbing work.
