Steve came a day after Christmas to help unclog our kitchen and laundry drain. He's very good at what he does and knows a lot more. Explained everything in easy and simple to understand words. He said he's been doing this for 40 years or more so the depth of expertise shows in his work. He was even kind enough give me a lint trap to attach to the end of my washer hose (something I didn't know about until today lol), coz we don't really pay attention to what drains out of the washer until the drain gets clogged. I highly recommend his services. For what I paid to get the job done, I'd say it's reasonable. We already talked about another project which will need his expertise, in January. Thanks Steve!

Steve came out promptly and charged me fairly for a 15 minute fix, that another fellow was gonna rip me off and charge me quadruple the price. Shop round folks, but gizmo Stephanie most definitely is a good act to call on!

I had a clogged sewer line at my house. Steve answered my call late at night and let me know he was booked up for the night - as was everyone else I called. I had him come in the morning and he was prompt and affordable. He arrived right at the beginning of the time range he provided. He quickly unclogged my sewer line with only a 2"" cleanout which other plumbers do not always have on hand. Steve and his partner wore masks and were polite and efficient and left my house looking like it did when they arrived. Steve provided a reasonable estimate on some possible future work without any attempt at upselling as I have received in the past. I will be a return customer for any future plumbing work.

I would give Gizmo Drain Service 10 stars if I could!! He is so kind, patient, and honest. I thought my garbage disposal had broken so I called him and he was very easy to talk to and schedule. He showed up on time with the parts I requested and was ready to install my new garbage disposal. However he took one look at it and told me how to simply fix my problem and taught me how to reset it if I ever ran into the issue again so I didn't need to call a plumber next time. He was so patient with me and walked me through some issues I thought I had with my drains around the house. Simply put, I did not really need any plumbing services, just some basic knowledge about drains and how to maintain it and remedy small issues. In the end he did not even want to charge me and was happy to offer his knowledge. I really appreciate his honesty and suggestions to save me time and money. It's really refreshing to know that there are businesses out there that do honest work and don't take advantage of young homeowners who don't know much about plumbing. I will definitely use him if I run into any future issues and highly recommend him. Thank you so much again!

After 35 years, our kitchen drain decided to back up--right before we had our grandkids coming over. Called Steve in the morning and he came out within a couple of hours. He sized up the problem, checked the cleanout and snaked the drain three times to make sure it was cleared. His price was more than fair and he gave us some good suggestions on how to keep the kitchen drain (and bathroom drains) from clogging up. Can't recommend him highly enough.
