I paid $65 for a high pressure sales pitch. Supposed to diagnose my water issues but came in, didn't know anything more than I did and wanted OUTRAGES amounts to replace everything. I'm replacing everything for 20% of what they wanted me to give them. 3,000 vs 899 I'll never call them again EVER.

This place was awful. I would not recommend them to anyone. They rescheduled my appointment and then reachedule me wrong so they sent out the wrong kind of tech with the wrong tools. The guy had an attitude and sai he would be back in a few hours. Then he never calls back. So i call the place and they said they cant send someone else out today! They want to yet again reschedule me. Needless to say i took my business elseware. Very poor way to conduct business.

A while back... I called Gillece because I had a clogged drain in my basement and saw their ad that said: ""we will unclog any drain for: $99"" They sent a van out within a day or two and worked an auger thru my drains in the basement for an hour or two and then told me that they would have to break up the concrete floor and replace the three or four inch sewage lines under the basement floor and it would cost me between $9000.00 and $11,000.00! When I refused to allow them to bust up my floor... I was told that I would be put on a ""Do Not Respond"" List and they would not come back to my address for any reason in the future! Lucky me! I went to Harbor Freight in Washington and purchased an electric auger (something like the one Gillece used) for$299 and took it home and worked toward the outside wall and the clog was gone and water running freely in 30 minutes or less! So, I highly recommend Gillece if you want a lot of unnecessary work and have a spare $10,000.00 lying around!!!

Unethical business practices, especially dealing with the elderly. High pressure for same day contract that was probably double or triple what it should have been. However, the guys performing the job were extremely competent, friendly and did a good job cleaning up work area.

DO NOT!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! They came... went to the next-door neighbors, and left cause ""I was not home"". Then I called cause it was almost out of the 2p-6p window they gave me of when someone would be there. They told me this was an emergency fix needed and charged me $700+ for a wax toilet ring!

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE.

We had them come out to fix our toilet. It was flushing with no problem but the water kept running after the tank was filled.

They came out and fixed that problem for the moment but now our toilet barely flushes. You have to hold the handle down for the entire flush and even then it doesn't always flush. This is with the water pressure turned all the way up.

We asked them to come back out. It took a week for them to come again and that was after 3 CANCELLATIONS. On the 3rd cancellation I demanded that they come out that day. They called back and said they'd come. Someone came and barely improved the situation.

Now our toilet is running after it fills up again like before and sometimes the tank doesn't fill up at all, we have to jiggle the handle to get it to fill again.

We told them to come out a 3rd time. It was a Saturday morning appointment. By noon no one called or showed up. I called them to cancel the appointment. Now I'm going to have to pay another plumber to fix their job which they over-charged us for.

These guys are incompetent and they're rip off artists. They kept trying to up sell us the whole time they were here during the first visit. I strongly discourage anyone from using them.

third rate company and third rate people. never ever call them for anything. they will come and rip your stuff and charge you double of what everybody else quotes.

Every company when they realize they made an honest mistake, they are ready for correct it but not this company. Because their business model is to cheat on uninformed customers by making them sign documents for ripping things apart and charging people for it and then give crappy service. They will say you signed the contract for it. Dont even let them touch your equipments. They spend 10 or 15 minutes diagnosing the issue and make you replace things for outrageous amount. By the time you decide not to replace it by them, they would have ripped it out and charged you for ripping it which any handyman can do for ten dollars. Why pay 1000 dollars to Gillece guy for ripping out things when a handyman can do it for 20 dollars.

These guys are awful. We made an appointment about 4 days in advance and they still managed to call us and say they couldn't make it out, but not until 4PM when it was too late for us to call somewhere else that could've potentially helped. And this was after we had called them ourselves several times throughout the day to check in and the guaranteed us that someone would be here. They asked if we could take another day off so they could come the following day. No thanks. We'll be using somewhere else for future needs.
