Our garbage disposal broke and water went everywhere. My husband went out and bought a brand new one but was having issues installing it. Our kitchen was on hold for a few days, and my husband couldn't seem to get to it as he had to go to work. I called Gilbert Acuna of Acuna Plumbing and he came the next day, thank you very much!!! Now onto doing dishes!

Called Gil in the mid-morning with a water leak and he sent Chris to the rescue a few hours later. Chris was engaging, answered my questions, helped me a few techniques for the future. He did a GREAT job. Very affordable as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I would highly recommend this company!! They have come to my home at all hours of the night to help with clogged drains, water heater repairs and preventive care for our pipes so they won't freeze in the winter. We will always call them for our plumbing needs!

First Gilbert said he would send his guys over....several hours later, I called and Gilbert said he would be here by 4:30, no show, no call. At 5:00 I called, only to be sent to a full voice mail box. Then at 6:00 Gilbert called and asked if his brother had arrived at my house. Your brother?, I was expecting you, Gilbert. He then asked me why I didn't call him. I told him about the full voice mail box. Then he went into an explanation about his phone looses reception up here on the mountain. Then when I asked if he owned a watch, he hung up on me. THIS IS A SHADY OPERATION. Don't waste your time.

Gilbert Acuna plumbing is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! His staff was extremely helpful and was able to fix my problem fast and it was extremely fast and affordable he also gave me tips on how to prevent further problems extremely courteous and knowledge you can't go wrong if you go with this company I told the owner Gil that he needs to wear a cape because all he does is save the day for people like me !!!

When we first started coming to Crestline we made friends with Aaron and Kathy Creigton over at Crestlodge. Aaron married us and we bought a house in Crestline. When we first moved in we had major plumbing problems. Not knowing anyone, I called Aaron and he said ""Acuna Plumbing"" hands down, There are other good plumbers up here but Aaron would only use Gilbert Acuna. That was enough for me. I have had Acuna Plumbing here 4 times this past year. They do great work. They clean up the mess. The explain the problem and take the time to actually show you (when possible) what the problem looks like. Everyone that has come over that works for the company are highly skilled and get the job done right the first time. One time we had a problem in the evening, I called and left a message hoping they could come over the next day......the phone rings and it is Acuna Plumbing. They were able to come over that evening and get us fixed up. I would never think of using another plumbing company! Thank You Acuna Plumbing. :)

They fabricated repairs on my rental house in cahoots with Bibby Property Mgmt., got paid and did nothing for the $$. Homeowner Beware !!!! Very expensive rates for doing nothing...
