I had an impossible to unclog shower. Tried it all from hand snake to plunger to chemicals. I called a different company first and was told they couldn't come out until the next day. I called Gilbert Acunas plumbing and Chris showed up and was courteous, professional, and right on time. He unclogged the shower with the no trouble. Acuna plumbing from here on. Thank you

Gil is the nicest guy possible. He tried to help us fix our water heater problem over the phone before having to come out on a service call (on a Sunday night!!!). He spent a couple of hours here drying out our electronic starter, and finally got the thing to hold a flame! We are customers for life! Thank you, Gil!!!

Absolutely the best. Thanks to Gil, Ray, Chris & Steven for responding quickly when our water heater went out. Next day they installed a new tankless water heater. Then, problem with toilets and a couple other plumbing issues. Voila! Showed up when promised, installed / fixed everything and they were all so friendly & polite. Ray patiently explained everything to us. So glad to find a local plumbing company like this. Thanks guys :)

Today, my very senior neighbor needed to call a plumber.... Thanks to great reviews on yelp, I picked Gilbert Acuna Plumbing. The men were patient with him and professional during the work. Our water main from the house to the street broke in December. We had several plumbers out for bids all who had some reason while the job would be difficult.......permits, property lines, time of year, weather. We heard it all. We gave Mr. Acuna a phone call in early spring. He came out the same day, gave us a fair bid and fit the job into our schedule. His crew was fast, clean and prompt. Mr. Acuna pointed out some ""flatlander plumbing"" that would not be good in the cold mountain weather and straightened that out too. He also installed a new water heater. We are pleased with our experience with Acuna plumbing and can recommend his firm highly. It is a great to have found a good plumber in Crestline. Thank you Acuna Plumbing!

OK, the two stars is for the price. They couldn't have been nicer and they were fast! But still can't get over the price. We had a broken sewer pipe behind our house. If we didn't get it fixed within a 24 hr period, we would receive a $230ish ticket. The price that one plumbing company gave us was $440 - total, but he could not get to us for two days. So, Acuna Plumbing came right out, got it fixed, had to get a 'special' part, (my husband dug it up....just a new y pipe, certainly not worth the $300 he quoted me) and the total came to $950!!! Less than three hours and $950! I cannot recommend when the price was more than double. I should have paid the penalty and still saved myself $300.

I'm not really sure what to say other than a BIG THANK YOU!!! he did not try to over charge me for a simple fix for him which what a huge problem for me ... his honesty is quite refreshing ... will definitely be calling him with all my plumbing needs!!!
