I only give them 3 star only. I would give them more. If they told me if I use a credit card they charge 3 percent. It was my 1st time too.
I email them back to help wave it or give me discount. Because I did not know it was my 1st time.
But they never answer back. I will not be coming back.

They fixed some ductwork a handyman ripped/broke. Their price for this work was reasonable and the quality of the work performed was very good. They also came out quickly in the middle of an extreme heatwave, so I really appreciate that. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again.

Giddens Bros recently installed a new HVAC system on my house. From the time I asked for a quote and even after the installation, they kept in touch with me on every step. I've used Giddens Bros for years, both on my house, a rental and my parents home. They have always been very professional and attentive to our needs. When it came time to replace my HVAC I didn't even shop around as I knew their prices were very fair and I knew they would do a good job. I've talked with friends who have gotten bids from other companies and found that Giddens was by far the lowest bid.
