These guys (Bee & Steven) were absolutely amazing! They were prompt, personable and professional. They provide old-school service with a youthful flair at budget friendly pricing. Unlike many service technicians these guys had no problem explaining what they were doing, answering my questions and suggesting how to improve efficiency by considering adding a blower fan to my gas fireplace. I am not easily wowed, but these guys exceeded my expectations from the time that they arrive until their departure. Thanks Giddens Bro's!!!

Dan, Russ & Neil, Giddens Brothers techs, replaced our heating/AC duct work yesterday. They did an awesome job......arriving promptly on schedule and keeping us abreast of how their work was progressing up in our attic. We were impressed with how neat and tidy they were.....and very courteous, as well. We've had numerous business dealings with Giddens Brothers over the years and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Called in and spoke to sam. Explained what was happening she was so sweet and got my appointment for the next day. I was texted when the technician was on the way. Elijah was amazing patient and very respectful. He got my ac up and running in no time. I will forever be a customer. Thank you so much.

My shower was dripping so badly that I was flushing the toilet three or four times a day with the water that collected in the bucket I kept in the shower. Julio did a fabulous job. No more drips, and no more bucket in the shower. The office kept me informed of when Julio was on his way and was very communicative. The cost was $375, which I think is quite reasonable for the time, labor and expertise that went into fixing this problem. I recommend this company highly.

The HVAC technician Bee, was very knowledgeable well trained professional. On my next service appointment I will be requesting Bee, to service my equipment.

*UPDATE*
Received a call back from Evelyn who spoke with the office employee and management. She offered me a solution to make up for the bad experience and said they will be talking to the tech tomorrow as well. Thank goodness for Evelyn's caring enough to not let me go away with such an awful experience.

Do not work with this company unless you want to be treated like trash by its employees.
I made an appointment for the morning of the 16th. The week before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule to the afternoon at 230 due to the weather. This was fine, though I told the person rescheduling that the work had to be done by 430 so I could head to an apt. I was told that was no problem because they would be done by then.
Appointment day comes, and I get a text message at 230 saying he was on the way. By 3PM with no one here yet, I call the office and speak to Samantha who put me on hold and then told me he was at my house already. I then went to the window after waiting another 10 minutes, to find this massive van parked ON MY LAWN and him sitting in it playing on his cell phone.
Walk up to the van and knock on the window. Nicely tell him he was a little late and that I hoped that we could still have things done in time for me to leave at 430, He told me he wasn't late, that his window was to arrive anytime between 230 - 430. I told him that was not what was agreed on when rescheduling and he repeated his window of 230 - 430. So I then nicely told him he was parked also on my lawn. Without word, he simply started the engine, gunned it out of my driveway and screeched down the street.
Within minutes I get a call from Samantha, who seemed to have a pretty nasty attitude now, telling me ""I have canceled your appointment because you accused the tech of being late then slammed the door on him"". I was not even able to correct her story because she kept talking over me, as though she had some false impression she was putting me in my place. So I asked to speak with the manager (Evelyn) who appeared to be shocked and told me this was not how they worked. She said she would speak to them and that was it.
So basically, waited weeks for my appointment, which was rescheduled, then wasted an entire day waiting for some disrespectful chump with no regard for people's property to hang out with his monstrous truck parked on my lawn, only to be followed by a call from a severely mistaken little girl with a nasty attitude.
Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

This company will not break down their quotes to labor and materials. Also their contract has a clause that basically says if we missed something in our bid you have to pay whatever we charge you to resolve the issue. Thats a license for chicanery.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Potential crooks

Please read your bill.
We had them out for our AC my husband stood outside with the repair man during the whole duration of the service call. Tech said it had way too much Freon in it. He proceeded to let Freon OUR of our unit and claimed it fixed. Bill showed that he PUT Freon into our unit and the fee was well over 300.00. Unit was still not fixed.
Hopefully the new owners can keep track of the tech repairs.

The Young Lady I First Spoke To ( I Hate That I Forgot Her Name ) Was Very Professional And Very Patient And Pleasant To Talk To And The Technician NEIL Was Great And On Time And Very Knowledgeable About The Job And What Needs To Be Done l Look Forward To Doing Business With Them I Give Them 8 Stars
