We have been using G&G for well over 5 years now and they have always provided HONEST estimates and Fixed only what needed to be fixed with no through the roof costs. One of the other things is their ability to retain a lot of the same people which tells you a lot about the company itself and they know their customers very well! One of the guys who recently fixed our A/C, Brian Hellard has been around for a while and blew me away with a discussion we held like 3 years ago and is an excellent technician. I have been a client of theirs for repair and cleaning of my central heat and air for a year or two. Today I came home to my fans not working in my house. At a little after 2pm I called to see if they could get my air working today. They fit me in today and my system is up and working. Great customer service every time they come and the same day repair was reasonably priced. Under $400 and Yay I have air I would give them more stars if it was allowed!

These guys were a pleasure to work with from the first phone call through the furnace installation. Their bids are thorough and competitive, and everything about the new system is better than the original it replaced. The technicians were great; fixing problems in the duct-work as well as improving filter access. I will use them again....

I am new to Olympia. GG serviced the furnace in the past. My furnace has gone out since there last service in July (motherboard). The furnace has stopped again called GG and 6-7 days waiting period without heat. No thanks you lost a new customer to BLACK HILLS INC. Terrible customer service

Fast and Friendly! They replaced a General Purpose Relay and charged us 236.00 for it. 94.00 for the labor. They have a team of people and the service guy Mark had to call for instructions on the electrical problem from someone who was an expert, and he got it running in 10 minutes.. He made a point not to answer his cell phone to take personal calls, telling people he was busy. Very professional.

I have no knowledge of furnaces so I have no idea if I was ripped off on the relay but it seemed legit and the furnace is working now so whatever.

Total came to 359.00 with tax.

This company's technician calls before the designated time and does not wait but 10 minutes and then has the gull to charge us over $100 for doing nothing! This is a ripoff company with no respect for the customers. I will be turning them into the better business bureau for not providing any service and charging customers $100. Crazy people working for this company! Stay away!

We bought a 1960 fixer upper just over a year ago, and needed to replace the furnace. These guys were amazing. They gave us many options, with efficiency and rebate information. Quick install, professional employees, the whole shebang. Not only that, but they gave us a great deal on the price of piping gas to our kitchen to accommodate our new gas stove. Absolutely wonderful. As if that weren't enough, they also installed our new range hood and fixed it's ventilation FOR FREE. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Customer Beware!! I bought a heater from them 1 year ago and have had two problems with it. First was a water leak that has rusted through the top and bottom level of the heater. The technician told me the leak was due their own faulty installation. Second, the fan motor went out and took them 4 days to fix. My house was 60 degrees for those 4 days. I asked that they replace the entire heater unit due to these major issues and the owner refused. This is only one year old heater.

Wonderful Service! Everything was top notch from my first call to the end of the tech's visit! I will definitely use these guys in the future! Super friendly staff, prompt service. They were full for the day, but ""fit me in"" so I didn't have to pay after hour fees! I mean.. who does that?! Great job, G&G!

Our heat went out November 30. And the temperature got down to 52 in our home. I called several other repair companies and was told they might be able to show up that day but G and G said they could come today, when Brian came my heater started working but he checked out the unit and found the problem right away. That was great but when I got the repair bill it was better. It was half the price of just a diagnostic the other companies gave me. I will definitely be calling these guys if another problem sneaks up on me. Thanks again Brian!!!!! And G and G
