Asked for a quote on replacing toilet fill valve, supply line and flush handle on one toilet. They proceeded to tell me I need to replace my toilet, umm no way possible that it needed it. Unsat quality service. Also did they keep saying to come by to see, umm nope, not gonna happen. Do not recommend.

I had the handle break on an upstairs toilet. The water continued to run and I was unable to flush the toilet. I made several calls and got a very quick call back from Get Rooter and Plumbing. Within 45 minutes, Javier was at my house and had diagnosed the issue. He quickly got the water to stop running and gave me to very good recommendations based on whether 1) I wanted to simply repair my outdated, 13 year old toilet OR 2) replace the toilet with a newer, nicer model.

Javier took his time and explained both options to me. He offered to install the new toilet for the identical price that it would take to repair the old and broken toilet. He was very honest and transparent and I really appreciated his professionalism.

I recommend Javier and the team at Get Rooter and Plumbing. They were terrific to work with.

This morning my mom called me to let me know that her kitchen sink was plugged up I have been a plumber for 35 years but I was busy running calls up in Oceanside and didn't have time to get to her at the moment I've been skeptical on recommending companies as so many out there are with the song and dance and not the old traditional plumbing values Javier Soto went out to my mom's house and cleared her drain actually gave it a couple of tries to get it opened up and only charged her exactly what his fee was and even when Mom didn't have the exact change he even took it down even a little further to make it so she could pay with cash My hat's off to Javier Soto and hopefully he teaches his guys to provide the same service that he provide my mom thank you Javier from one plumber to the next

Javier came to fix a blockage at my elderly father's home. He was very helpful. He cleared the clog and used his camera to diagnose the issue. I had a million questions, which he was happy to answer. He explained all the options and shared that he offers a senior discount if any more work needs to be done. He cleaned up his work space and left the room smelling fresh. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Thank you to Javier for excellent work and customer service. He came out on short notice, diagnosed the problem with my toilet and gave me a reasonable estimate. Once he had everything taken apart, he showed me what the issue was and educated me on causes and short and long term fixes. He did a very thorough job, much appreciated and I'm relieved to have a working toilet again.

Javier bailed us out on a rainy Sunday during the Hillary storm. He cleared a main line drain blockage between the house and street and ran the camera down to make sure no more work was needed. Another company wanted ~$10k to tear up my driveway and install a clean out to the street to fix the problem. I highly recommend Get Rooter for great service reasonable costs! The cost was very fair especially since it was an emergency call. Another company I contacted wanted $375 just to come out and look at the problem! Get Rooter was significantly less than that.

Needed to replace a water heater. Reached out to a few places and these guys were very responsive/reliable. The install itself - professional, knowledgable, and laconic. Only issue worth noting is that the final cost was almost double the initial invoice. Mid way through, we were notified of necessary extra work (that imho should have been initially accounted for). Maybe no ill intent, but nonetheless leaves a negative memory.
