Get Rooter recently repaired a water regulator and shutoff valve at my residence. The team was friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. The owner, Javier, promptly answered my inquiry and explained the process to correct the issue. I believe he genuinely appreciated my business and was transparent.

The technician, Manny, arrived the following day. He was timely and respectful. He took the time to explain the resolution steps and provided an invoice without asking. It was convenient to pay for services rendered using iPad enabled with Apple Pay.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment quickly. Manny called to let me know his arrival time. He was courteous and quickly started accessing the issues we were having. To my surprise he has been in my neighborhood before and repaired plumbing problems. He did a thorough evaluation and within 30 minutes explained what we needed and offered us a discount. Because he was familiar with my neighborhood,and has made the same repairs for others, we felt confident the job would be done right. Thanks Manny !

Wow, i can't belive the great service and value from this company. I needed to clear my main line because it has been slow; after went on yelp to get a quote, Javier called me right away and gave to a great price. Javier sent a technician over to snake, after an hour the technican could get the water to move so he used to the camera to check and found out i have a ""belly' in the pipe that cause the water to accumulate in the pipe. Eventually i will need the replace the pipe, in the mean time i will have to deal with the slow drainage. I will definitly contact Get Rooter for all my future plumbing.

Amazing amazing amazing! Javier is a true professional in all senses of the word.

We had a sink clog much further down the line than what is piped underneath the kitchen sink. Our home 15ft snake couldn't clear it, nor did pouring lye directly into the exterior clean out.

I got a quote through yelp and was quoted $68 from Javier which was by far one of the more reasonable quotes that I received. He also was one of the very first to get in contact with me after my inquiry. I stopped looking into the other inquiries because he was reasonably priced, and also the one who could come out the soonest (next day).

My Yelp chat interaction for the quote was with the owner of this company, Javier.

He said it would be $68 since we had a clean out directly to the drain and assuming the clog could be remedied through the clean out it would just be the flat fee. If he was going to have to have pipes taken apart, it could be $217.

He said he could come out and do a free estimate and let us know before starting any work. We scheduled for the next day and he gave me a two hour window of time. He called and let me know about 40 minutes before he arrived toward the beginning of the window and was spot on with his arrival time.

He also had a snake camera with him so we could see the issue together. Not only was his work professional, but his demeanor was so friendly and kind--you can absolutely tell he takes a lot of pride in his business!

After his first attempt, he ended up having to go back out to the truck and get a longer snake because of how far down the line the clog was, it turned out to be a giant ball of grease and not the green onions that I had put down the disposal (thank god--saving me from the blame of my husband haha).

With the amount of grease in the line, he also inspected and removed a large bowl of grease (at no additional charge) on the main line of our house and was able to show me with the camera how much grease was built up in there as well. he said it needs to be jetted out which most houses need to have this done every 10 years or so to keep things running smoothly. We will most likely have him back out to do this after I speak with our landlord.

He also gave us a quote for installing a new shower on our second floor. Assuming we can get approval for this, I will more than likely go with his company again just because he is such a pleasure to work with.

Call this company for all your plumbing needs. I feel like I'm a pretty good judge of character and energy and I can tell that he is a very good and honest person.

I'm 73 years old and was unable to finish a plumbing job I have done many times in the past. I had leaking toilet line I just couldn't get to stop leaking.
Manny showed up on time and very professionally fixed my problems in
mere minutes. He refused to charge me (wow an honest man) and being on a fixed income I am so thankful. I recommend them if you need professional
plumbing help. I will call them in the future for any plumbing issues.

beware of this company , they had me ambused with other contractors and tore my home apart. its been over 10 months trying to put my home back. i also reported them to the BBB! They made my home flood the 2nd time, by changing the Run Flow!! And the owner Manny wouldnt take responsibility for replacing new floor that had just been put in , nor my new bathroom vanity , and now my master bedroom carpet is ruined by the raw sewage! And beware if Manny or Abe bring in a construction team! They will take advantage of you!

Last month, my mother-in-law's kitchen sink wasn't draining. Javier arrived on time and immediately went to work. He crawled under her home (it's a manufactured home) to check out the setup, then got to work snaking the drain. The blockage was far away, but he was able to finally clear it. Javier is knowledgeable, friendly, and very respectful. He kept the workspace clean and pricing was reasonable. I would 100% recommend him and Get Rooter & Plumbing if you have a clogged drain.

My water heater burst, and while this was stressful, Javier guided me through the whole process. He was able to install a new water heater quickly and efficiently. I tend to ask A LOT of questions, and Javier took the time to answer all of them. Since I work, and couldn't have him come until 3pm both days, Javier and his team stayed beyond 7pm (incl a Friday night!). In this day and age, finding honest and diligent people is hard.
