Last month, my mother-in-law's kitchen sink wasn't draining. Javier arrived on time and immediately went to work. He crawled under her home (it's a manufactured home) to check out the setup, then got to work snaking the drain. The blockage was far away, but he was able to finally clear it. Javier is knowledgeable, friendly, and very respectful. He kept the workspace clean and pricing was reasonable. I would 100% recommend him and Get Rooter & Plumbing if you have a clogged drain.

My water heater burst, and while this was stressful, Javier guided me through the whole process. He was able to install a new water heater quickly and efficiently. I tend to ask A LOT of questions, and Javier took the time to answer all of them. Since I work, and couldn't have him come until 3pm both days, Javier and his team stayed beyond 7pm (incl a Friday night!). In this day and age, finding honest and diligent people is hard. Sometimes dealing with a plumbing problem is on par with a root canal. Then there are times when you luck out. Such was my experience with Javier. He was outgoing so you feel comfortable asking what might seem like stupid questions He was honest and straightforward; he doesn't try to upsell. Clogged drains are sometimes not simple. He takes the time to explain (and show) why additional work might be necessary. Fortunately my job turned out to be simple. He's someone I feel I can trust and I would definitely call him should I need help again.

Had dishwasher draining cycle cause my downstairs toilet to overflow with water. Manuel came out very timely on monday morning and cleared out main line drain pipe and he did it for advertised price of $68 plus tax. He did it in a quick efficient way and everything now works without overflowing. I highly recommend Manuel who serviced us as he did above and beyond with his work and knowledgeable expertise. Excellent all around great work! I highly recommend this company and Manuel and I used to work for a licensed plumber in L.A. for several years - this company does way better rates on drain cleaning than the cheapest rate that my former boss was able to do. Bravo! They came in clutch to save the day!

Javier and his crew were great. Javier came out on the Sunday before Christmas and cleared roots from my sewer line for less than $100. I was pretty sure that I would need a full on pipe lining, because the roots would just come back. Javier gave me a very competitive quote to jet the pipes and then line the pipes, so that the roots would not come back. He schedule the work for only a few days later and his crew was right on time. They did a great job digging up the yard, installing the pipe lining, and then filling the hole back up again. Great value!!! Highly Recommend these guys!

I can not thank this company enough! Last night at 11:30, my 3 year old decided she needed to potty while I was asleep. She then decided she needed to use half of the roll of toilet paper! She woke me up yelling, ""Mommy! Water!"" I got up, and our toilet was overflowing! In spite of my efforts, I couldn't get the clog out. So I sat down, frustrated and exhausted, and looked up plumbing services. Sent the request for a clogged toilet for as soon as possible, and within less than 10 minutes, I got a response, and they came today! When Javier got here, he was professional and upfront with pricing. He got to work and was done in less than 20 mins! I didn't know he was the owner until he told me. I appreciated seeing him out helping his team! I would 100/10 recommend this company again!!

Thank you Get Rooter and Plumbing for helping us out! We had an emergency on a Saturday evening, and they were able to schedule us in with a quick response time. They were able to run a camera and rooter through our pipes and ensure that we could run our water again, in short order. They listened respectfully as we walked through all the issues we were facing and addressed them all, and provided recommendations or guidance for us moving forward. I appreciated that at no point did it seem like they were trying to sell us anything or overcharge us. They just addressed our concerns and provided some recommendations to use moving forward.
