Had a clogged toilet I couldn't unclog myself. Made an appointment first thing in the morning. Javier was able to come the same day and was able to unclog the toilet after a long process. He explained the problem and why it was taking such a long process. He was transparent about the price which was fair. I'd absolutely request future plumbing services from here

Get rooter and plumbing was advertised in a mailed coupon book. I checked them out on yelp and have to leave a great review for them. A) I called around 8pm and immediately a friendly woman took my information double checking it and confirming the level of urgency. She then said someone would call me back within the hour to schedule for the next morning. B) I'm not sure if I even waited a minute before Javier called me back. I gave him info on the problem and he scheduled me for 8-10 the next morning and said the tech would give me a call about 30 minutes out. I often have the experience where the heads up call doesn't happen, or they are outside the window. Not with Javier! C) Right around 9:25 I got the call for 30 minutes and it was Javier headed my way. Right around 9:55 Javier arrived with a colleague who assists him with cleanup. D) I felt good about Javier right away. Great communicator and patient and wants to explain things so you understand them and your options. I know a reasonable amount about plumbing. He did NOT try to upsell me and he knew what he was doing. E) My clean out access was not what it needed to be to clear the problem. He told me my options which were not ideal or cheap or hygenic - but he wasn't done trying. F) Javier was creative and tried multiple tools, snakes and cameras to get the job done simply for now so we could use the plumbing. He DID it! So the place is habitable and I now know exactly what I need to do (install a 2 way clean-out) but can save money up to do it rather than do it as an emergency. G) He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, honest, and a good communicator. If you're reading yelp reviews, you know that's hard to come by. He got my problem fixed for now and told me what I need to do to avoid this in the future. Highly recommend!

The owner, Javier, promptly answered my inquiry and explained the process to correct the issue. I believe he genuinely appreciated my business and was transparent.

The technician, Manny, arrived the following day. He was timely and respectful. He took the time to explain the resolution steps and provided an invoice without asking. It was convenient to pay for services rendered using iPad enabled with Apple Pay.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment quickly. Manny called to let me know his arrival time. He was courteous and quickly started accessing the issues we were having. To my surprise he has been in my neighborhood before and repaired plumbing problems. He did a thorough evaluation and within 30 minutes explained what we needed and offered us a discount.
