Before founding GESSEN, I spent years engaged in both residential construction and hands-on HVAC installation — on real job sites, using real tools, and meeting real deadlines. I discovered that expertise isn’t everything, clients remember most is how you treat them. This motivated me to create GESSEN: to offer neat, reliable, and precise HVAC service — including ductless mini-split installations to furnace upgrades, air conditioning service, and full comfort system design. I sought to avoid being “just another guy with a van.” I wanted to create a firm where customers felt secure from the initial contact to the completion of the job. I supervise every assignment. From a heat pump or air duct cleaning — we don’t leave until it’s done right. I stand by: Transparent communication, lasting client relationships, and quality craftsmanship — that reflects our pride.
