Before I launched GESSEN, I invested years engaged in both residential construction and real-world HVAC installation — in real environments, using real tools, and facing real deadlines. I realized that skill alone isn’t enough, what stays with clients is the service they receive. This motivated me to create GESSEN: to offer clean, honest, and precise HVAC service — including ductless mini-split installations to furnace upgrades, air conditioning service, and complete comfort system design. I aimed not to be “just another guy with a van.” I envisioned a firm where people felt assured from the initial contact to the completion of the job. I supervise every project. Whether it’s a heat pump or air duct cleaning — we won’t finish until it’s right. I believe in: Transparent communication, long-term client relationships, and quality craftsmanship — with pride.
