Prior to starting GESSEN, I spent years engaged in both home construction and practical HVAC installation — in real environments, using real tools, and facing real deadlines. I quickly learned that no matter how skilled you are, what stays with clients is how you treat them. This inspired me to start GESSEN: to provide clean, honest, and precise HVAC service — from ductless mini-split installations to furnace upgrades, air conditioning service, and comprehensive comfort system design. I sought to avoid being “just another guy with a van.” I wanted to create a company where customers felt secure from the initial contact to the final test run. I personally oversee every job. From a heat pump or air duct cleaning — we won’t finish until it’s right. I stand by: Transparent communication, lasting client relationships, and quality craftsmanship — that reflects our pride.
